Located within walking distance from Holland Village and tucked away in a cozy neighbourhood, the restaurant offers a pleasant and relaxed ambience. The food portions are generous, and there are good vegetarian-friendly options available. The truffle fries are especially addictive and a must-try. I would definitely recommend making a reservation before visiting, as the restaurant can get quite full at times. While the staff took a little longer to attend to our table and could have been more responsive, the overall experience was still enjoyable. Great value for the quality and portions offered.

What a hidden gem that has Been here for the longest time, since like my uni days 15 yrs ago. The vegan / vegetarian / gluten free options are very considerate, and the taste is great. Had the impossible burger and it was so juicy. The best is definitely the backed Camembert cheese starter - huge portion, wonderful melted baked cheese that went so well w the bread and apple slices. The tortellini was delicious too I really enjoyed the environment, the service and the food. Not the cheapest but with entertainer, there’s one for one pasta / burger. Options are very limited though for this -updated 5 May 2026- Went for lunch and had the calamari, roasted cauliflower, quinoa salad and king mushroom. None of them disappoint. All so soft, tender and tasty.

Nestled in a cosy corner of Holland village, Original Sin serves a delicious spread of vegetarian versions not Mediterranean, Italian and burgers. They also have a small non vegetarian menu which had calamari and seafood pasta for some in your party who prefer something else. There is house pour wines and beer and dessert. I had the Busco Misto and my other guests had the chef’s special: Eggplant and the seafood pasta. It was an enjoyable evening and the staff in attendance very courteous and attentive and gave great recommendations. We also had the chocolate lava cake and apple crumble which was nice.

This is a hidden gem in Holland Village area. We passed by this one during lunch time and decided to have a try. We thought this was a regular Italian restaurant, but it brought us happy surprise! The food are superb! The veggie bowl is the best I have ever had. The veggies are so fresh, and the tofu is fried perfectly. Funghi pizza is also excellent. We later realized this is a vegetarian restaurant, but they provide seafood pasta which is one of the best. Impossible burger is also done perfectly. All in all, this has changed my view on vegetarian food!

Favourite plant based Mediterranean in Holland it doesn't taste anything like vegan at all 🥹 Anyone I brought has been a fan and so worth the price. Portions are just nice, not little AT ALL and food is so yummy! Not a veggie lover but loves the salad 😋 Only downside was the Aircon was too strong that our food got cold fast 🤭 Would have enjoyed the pizza's cheese even more if it didn't get cold as quick! All in all, one of the top plant based restaurant for us. Thank you for the good food! ❤️

I’m 100% “true-red” carnivorous & kinda skeptical about vegetarian food but chose Original Sin as I was celebrating my friend’s birthday & he likes vegetarian food. We ordered truffle fries, Moussaka & pasta burrata. Both dishes are lovely & we totally enjoyed it. And not forgetting the lovely birthday cake that was brought to us. Service crew are attentive, friendly & lovely. Definitely will be back to try others on the menu.

We ordered the two types of gnocchi (burnt butter and alla sorrentina) and the pesto linguine. - gnocchi and the ingredients are fresh and well cooked - staff is attentive - pesto linguine is not too dry, flavour is good and well cooked. Can consider adding pine nuts.
