Zus Coffee

This outlet is quite comfy. Unfortunately there is only 1 (ONE) staff handling the orders. Happened to be there around 1plus and we saw that the Indian male staff is trying his best to prepare all orders. We got our orders after a long wait and he can still keep his calm and is pretty polite. Not sure why he is alone preparing the drinks, but I personally feel it is absurd to run retail cafes as this one with a one man show. Management should really think of ensuring that there are 2 staff at any time. Even store manager needs to step in if there is high volume of orders. Not just sit in the office and do "so called" work and pretend everything is manageable. Whatever it is, the staff deserve recognition for his effort. Customers who utilise this space is treating it like a work office. Buying 1 drink, and stayed for hours doing work, occupying multiple tables. Those in groups are worse.. very noisy and does not respect the peace in the cafe.

Everything is alright except for the drinks such as those flavours or beverage that needs to add ice. "Freshing , coffee etc " other than blended. The options for less ice still has tons of it . 3/4 full ice and 1/4 liquid drinks. That's a robbery . I advise not to get it unless ZUS and many other company stop exploiting this thing . Worse if they so called charge you " Less ice " You know those company are greedy and not worth it get it. Some dessert and pasta "quick bite " are too small which doesn't justify the price

Coffee is ok la, but the voucher you need to take a look carefully. Its full of t&c, end up cannot buy alot of drinks one. Damn stupid design for take away. Its clearly takeaway requires people to move around. And giving a takeaway bag with no handle or grip is just pure evil

The matcha latte is so good, there’s seats for us to chitchat. Definitely will go back again

ZUS Coffee is a halal-certified well-known local Malaysian-based brand that focuses on premium coffee brewing which never ceases to keep some loyal customers coming back for more of their products. Their in-store menu offering is some of the most affordable yet best curated drinks ever ordered. They have some of the cosiest blue and white tones and colours that keep the cafe in a relaxing mood despite the outdoors being humid and stuffy. The cool air breezes through every corner giving patrons a sense of calmness even if they're stopping for a cup of good brew. One highly recommended dessert to go with coffee is their Double Chocolate Cake which is decadent, smooth and velvety. There is nothing that goes wrong with a simple cake like chocolate does. It is a guilty pleasure without breaking the bank. If you're fancying a great small meal, they have fantastic preheated meals like their Chicken Meatballs with Spaghetti Bolognese which was mamamia. Fantastico! Give them a try and shout out to their staff who were wonderful baristas. Kudos!

ordered orange americano from zus coffee and it taste literally orange juice only and the coffee is not strong enough, unlike Luckin Coffee's orange americano which taste both strong and balance

The ambience at this outlet is really peaceful and nice. Staff are friendly and I love the drinks I have tried. Their strawberry matcha latte is pretty good! Recently they had a collaboration w Butterbear and gave out a cute sticker sheet w every of their buttercreme drink purchase. I also like how their paper bag and cup sleeve come w Butterbear print too!

This was my first time having coffee at Zus Coffee after hearing from everyone that there’s another coffee franchise in Singapore. I ordered a strong coffee, but it had too much milk. I also requested a paper bag, but I had to remind the staff to give me one when I picked up my order. The price is reasonable, but the customer service and quality need improvement. Even though I’m a coffee lover, I didn’t fully enjoy this order.
