Wamglu Hot Pot is a highly recommended hot pot restaurant! The environment is comfortable and clean, the service is very attentive, the ingredients are fresh, and the food is delicious – every dish was satisfying. Special praise goes to staff member Luisa; she was incredibly warm, friendly, and patient. From the moment you entered the restaurant, you felt her excellent service and genuine care. Overall, a fantastic dining experience, I will definitely come again! ❤️

the service was great, especially from server Luisa who was very attentive. i was here with my completely English speaking mother and uncle+aunt and she kindly spoke in English to them, and Mandarin to my father. food is great as always, tomato is my usual but today I had the chicken mushroom broth. the serving size on the single sets is perfect for one person and i didn’t feel full to bursting (even as someone with a small appetite). thank you!! we liked it here 🤭

Enjoyed the individual hotpot concept here — everyone gets to choose their own soup base and ingredients without having to compromise. The ingredients were fresh, and we appreciated being able to swap a few items in our set. The fish soup with milk was especially comforting, and the braised pork rice was a great addition. Free-flow condiments, sides and fruits were a nice bonus too. And really friendly service from all the staff even on busy Sunday lunch. Overall, a satisfying hotpot meal with plenty of choices.

Good service from Ivy (service crew) luckily she helped to save 2nd main order meat in time as we missed out clicking the 2nd meat type on online order as one of us do not take beef. Thanks to the counter crew in answering my questions about the promo! Quite a good variety of soup bases. I went on a sat night.

Had a great dining experience at WangLu Hot Pot Causeway Point! Love that everyone gets their own personal hot pot, so there’s no need to share. The soup was flavourful, the ingredients were fresh, and the Braised Pork Rice was really delicious. Friendly service and a cosy atmosphere too. Will definitely come back again!

Food is always awesome here came here lots of times already as there are so many different soup options and so affordable as usual the staffs are really friendly and especially Luisa shes super friendly staff and always checks up on our table too🥹🥹
