Legendary Hong Kong

I have eaten here several times and have always found the food to be excellent, especially the fragrant wok hei in their fried hor fun and fried rice. Unfortunately, our experience today was quite disappointing. The dishes we ordered were, at best, above average. The flavours were bland, and the signature wok hei that made us love this place was noticeably lacking. It really feels like the standard has dropped. We purposely drove here for lunch because we were craving the food, but while it filled our stomachs, it didn't satisfy our hearts like it used to. I sincerely hope they can regain the quality that made this place so special.

This place is usually packed, and it's not uncommon to see a long queue during meal times. The restaurant has a nice Hong Kong cha chaan teng vibe, which adds to the overall dining experience. The food is pretty decent overall. I especially enjoyed the char siew, which was flavourful and well roasted, and the dim sum was also good, making it a nice place for a casual meal. One dish that stood out was the stir-fried beef kailan. The beef was nicely velveted, making it tender and tasty, and the seasoning was on point. My only complaint is that the portion was quite small for the price. I was hoping for a little more, especially considering the cost. Overall, this is a solid choice for Hong Kong-style food. While some dishes could offer better value in terms of portion size, the food quality is consistently good, and I wouldn't mind coming back again.

My first time here, a very busy place. Great food and most importantly, great customer service from JK despite being so busy on a public holiday. Join the queue if you're at Jurong Point, definitely worth the money! Best egg tarts, salted water dumplings, fried chicken and water chestnut cake, and best of all! The fried chicken and pineapple bun was so fragrant and fluffy and juicy. You'll regret missing it! 🤗

The food is amazing! Everything was so well done! Also the staff were extra helpful, they lead us to a bigger seat when we had a lot of stuff! Liao Fang was helpful and kind!
