Two Chefs Eating Place

If having crab, best to follow the entire trail of when the crab gets picked out, killed and cooked as there's a chance they will switch it out to a frozen crab in the kitchen. Ordered for takeaway, brought it back home and ate immediately but crab was not fresh at all so they probably gave me a dead crab. Of course, fault was all mine as I didn't choose the crab myself and follow the trail all the way to the kitchen as I had thought that tze char stalls no longer use the bait and switch tactic. Feedbacked and was told that they can't tell how the freshness will turn (not sure what it means to have varying degrees of freshness for fresh crabs) and they were willing to do a replacement. I didn't take the offer since I had already left and don't make sense for me to waste my time and go back. The fact that they are so ready to do a replacement is such a red flag. Not saying that you are going to have a similar experience as mine but looking at the reviews, it's safe to say that there is a 20% chance of it happening. If you are comfortable spending a bomb and living with these odds, may lady luck be on your side.

Airy despite on going construction covering the front porch. Excellent food and service. Reasonable price. We had San loh hor fun - good portion of fish, slightly different taste from usual with a bit of spice pepper crab - tasty sauce, lots of spring onion Pork ribs - the Hong shao version came in slices, some were a little dry and hard Drunken cockles - so gd we ordered another portion Deer meat - generous cuts not ginger-slice thin.

A table of 10 of us, ordered many dishes. Amongst, i want to highlight 2 dishes - claypot ginger chicken and the sanlou hor fun, which were exceptional in my opinion. Boss also generously treated us longan sea coconut dessert!

Overall good and tasty . The salted egg prawn is good . Hum is fresh Chicken is very tender Curry fish is so so

Yummy food and reasonable price… That being said, HCG chicken is kinda mid. oil is also very black. Sharks fin is soso don’t order. Great for family gathering. Service is pretty good.
