There is no expiration date or company information written on the box. It can be stored at room temperature and has a best-by date of the next day. There are two stores. However, many Japanese people seem to mistakenly believe that they are only located in Chinatown. I wonder if the reason they chose to open a store in this location outside the central area is because "it must be an area that the owner has a special attachment to." This is just a guess, but I wish your company continued success in the future.

Pastry is not bad. But the packaging need to be improved! Free gift box is given when purchase 6 egg tarts or 6 pastries. If I want to give a family of 3 people: egg tarts and other pastries, I need to buy 6 egg tarts and 6 lao po bing. If not, each pastry is packed in small plastic bag! I saw your tagline in the website is 'gifting from the heart', how to gift my friends and loved ones during the festive seasons in plastic bag? If not, need to top up money for the transparent flimsy plastic box, but the plastic box can only put 2 pastries! Please improve on your packaging. Quite disappointing

Went to buy a box of pastries, bought two green bean buns, at first saw that the auntie took two of the green bean buns and placed inside the box and I went to pay. Once I went back and opened, realised that she had went to go and change out those two green bean buns for two plain mooncakes. Those plain mooncakes were at the side and not selling at all. What sort of dishonest action is this?

What a joke of an outlet and business. Charged 0.20 for ONE simple transparent box that usually comes free to hold the egg tart so that they won’t break. Businesses like these are a shame and a disgrace to the Singapore society. Used to be a loyal patron but this gesture just brings a bad taste. Times are tough, bring your money somewhere else my friends.

Super disappointed at the standards of this outlet. Bought 2 egg tarts today at abt 3:15pm, both crusts reeked of staleness and the Chinese Sponge cake w/Red Bean paste was inedible... extremely dried out & hard. Did you guys changed your recipe (god forbid) or SOP? Felt like the pastries had been spending days in the fridge & recycled.

A must-buy for my mum & I when we are at Jurong Point. The shop is located at B1, near Don Don Donki & Watsons. Payment via cash or PayNow (no payWave). Best egg tarts in Singapore in my opinion. It comes in a very nice box when you purchase 6 pcs. Can keep them in the fridge overnight & consume the next day with or without re-heating.

Classic egg tart spot for me in the west but prices are up significantly. I like them as the custard is not too sweet, it’s super eggy though. Service was alright but they gave 2 broken egg tarts out of my box of 6 (didn’t pay attention while they packed).

Wobbly egg custard is housed in a crusty and crispy crust, Tong Heng @tonghengsg iconic melt-in-your-mouth diamond-shape egg tarts, my personal favourite. Those who stay in the West and if you want to get it, they do have one outlet at Jurong Point.
