Crystal Jade GO (Oasis Terrace)

Ordered food through Grab and was happily looking forward to the roasted pork. However, it was really disappointing. The roasted pork was not crispy at all, which is what I expected from a roasted pork dish. I also added roasted duck to my order, but the portion given was another level of disappointment. The amount was far less than expected for the price paid. Overall, the food quality and portion size did not meet expectations. I hope the restaurant can improve on both quality and consistency.

Standard and quality of the food seemed to have dropped quite significantly over the years. Soy sauce chicken is okay with a tasty sauce and semi tender chicken. The beancurd roll had hardly any prawns and the taste has worsened quite a lot. Charsiew buns and egg tarts are still decent, the buns being fluffy but not quite hot enough and the egg tarts were flaky but the egg tasted a little off. Best thing was the Hong Kong milk tea. Quite disappointing to be honest.

Haven't eaten at this place in a while. Unfortunately, I'm disappointed with the char Siew, which used to be quite popular. The char siew is really tasteless... maybe the kitchen forgot to marinate.

Leaving this 1 star as I had requested for chicken breast but restaurant claim don’t have when there are at least 4 whole chickens seen hanging in kitchen. Used to be good whenever I requested for chicken breast they would give me. This is the second time they did not follow request. Will not be buying from them again. Standard and service dropped drastically

The food is great! Eat here every CNY eve
