Imagine my surprise when i actually got around to tasting this so-called HK CCT as recommended by a colleague who claimed "its really good". The menu had strangely very little Dim Sum dishes, then there is the ordering at the kiosk before going to your table, you collect the dishes yourself and return the dishes and trays to the counter right at the back of eatery, so if you are seated near the entrance be prepared to track a fair bit going through other diners, the kitchen and so on. The premise feels just like a food court with slightly friendlier staff. Lack of any service aside, the food was just average, I ordered the two combination meats with noodles. The noodles were acceptable, but the tiny portions of meat and the fact that they just won't that good sours the experience significantly. Tbh, I am surprised that there was a queue even to eat at this joint for dinner service, if its roasted meats you want, any hawker stall at a coffeeshop would probably dish out something superior at 2/3 of the price.
