Jing Jing Fried Carrot Cake

Excellent black carrot cake — freshly fried, piping hot, and full of that sweet‑savory wok aroma. The soft radish cake with slightly crisp edges hits all the right textures. Diced cai poh and spring onions add a nice touch of flavor and color. A comforting local breakfast that never disappoints, especially with a cup of Hainanese coffee on the side.

Really nice HKM and Carrot cake. Got both dishes to-go, by the time I ate it was quite a while later and the noodles became soggy but the flavour of the HKM was really good and rich. Just a a pity that there isn’t lard in it. For Carrot cake, I got the mixed version and they also gave caipo with it. There was a very fragrant char taste, and the amount of egg was just nice. Black one was also not too sweet. 10/10 would recommend!

Quite a few people waiting, so I assume this stall is quite a popular choice! Went for the $5 white carrot cake. Large portion, lots of egg and very tasty. Not disappointed in my decision to order from this stall, even though there are lots of food choices at Yuhua Market.

This carrot cake is one of the best in the Jurong area. There's often a long queue.

Went to Yuhua market to find carrot cake and saw this store Jing Jing. The queue is super long, order white carrot cake for take away. The taste was decent and the portion was fair for the price. Auntie taking orders was friendly, worth a try if you're in the area.

Snaking queue which was slow moving. Black, white and mixed versions are available. White version came with a generous egg wash but lacked the preserved radish and its flavor. Black had bit of caramelization but we're tough on certain bites.
