If you are looking for a dining experience that balances a serene atmosphere with a bit of "theatrical" flair, this is the place to be. I recently visited for dinner, and it’s easily one of the most unique coastal spots in the area. The location is spectacular. Being right by the seaside, you get a refreshing breeze that completely transforms the evening. The real highlight, however, is the proximity to the flight path. Watching the flights on their final approach for landing while you dine is mesmerizing—it adds a dynamic energy to the meal without being overbearingly loud. If the weather is clear, the evening views are unbeatable; the transition from sunset to the glowing lights of the aircraft is a photographer's dream. As a vegetarian, I was incredibly impressed by the variety here. Often, seaside bistros limit "veg" options to a basic pasta or salad, but this menu is diverse and thoughtful. Advanced reservation recommended Always aim for slot from 6pm

Seaside dinning is a spectacular experience here especially in the evening while you enjoy watching the sunset right by the sea sipping your favourite cocktail or wine listening to every waves crushing gently on the coastline. Food wise is quite a variety and great tasting too. Especially the fried fish tacos and rib-eye steak. A light seafood salad shall compliment the dinning experience leaving you refreshed. Price wise is avit on the mid to high side. But what you pay is what you get. Not to forget there is a children wadding pool for the little ones to enjoy too. So you gotta try it to enjoy yourself and bring back special memories with family and friends especially on special occasions.

I am extremely disappointed with this visit. I have been here many times before, but this time was truly upsetting. We came at 4:00 PM to celebrate a birthday. The website menu clearly showed that lobster was available, but when we arrived, we were told there was no lobster at all. After finishing our meal, we stepped aside to take some photos nearby. At only 5:30 PM, a staff member approached us with the bill and told us we needed to pay because the table was needed for other customers. This felt rushed and unwelcoming. Meanwhile, a group of foreign customers next to us ordered only a few glasses of water and were allowed to sit there for hours without being asked to leave. The experience felt unfair and disappointing

Our evening at Stella Seaside Lounge was pure bliss — the gentle sea breeze, stunning coastal views, and mouthwatering dishes came together for a truly unforgettable dining experience. The sunset around 7 PM was absolutely mesmerising — warm orange skies reflecting over the calm sea, with ships anchored in the distance. The entire restaurant glowed golden for a few minutes, and you could hear everyone pause to take in the view. It’s truly one of the most beautiful sunset dining spots in Singapore. We ordered: 🥗 Caesar Salad – crisp and fresh, with generous Parmesan and bacon bits. 🥩 Char-grilled Grass-fed Ribeye – juicy, perfectly medium-rare, and paired with a tasty truffle sauce. 🍖 Char-grilled Pork Ribs – smoky, tender, and coated with a rich glaze; the fries on the side were addictively crisp! 🌮 Birria Beef Tacos – cheesy, crispy edges with savoury shredded beef and tangy consommé. 🧀 Charcuterie Platter – a great mix of cheeses, cured meats, and fruits — perfect for sharing. 🐙 Char-grilled Octopus – tender, with a light char and smoky flavour. 🍹 Drinks: Pink Lychee Lemonade, Berry Buzz, and Hippie Juice — all colourful and refreshing mocktails that looked amazing in photos! Kids loved the evening too — they had fun swimming in the pool before dinner, while we enjoyed the breeze and piped-in music. 💡 Pro tip: Flash your Singapore SAFRA membership for a 10% discount on the total bill! Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion or just want a laid-back meal by the sea, Stella Seaside Lounge at Changi Coast Walk is a perfect pick. Come for the food, stay for the sunset 🌅 💰 $70–80 per person 🕓 Best time: 6:30 PM – 7:30 PM for sunset views #StellaSeasideLounge #SunsetDining #ChangiCoast #SeaViewRestaurant #FamilyDinner #FoodieSG #SeasideVibes #StellaSingapore #Mocktails #SAFRAdeal #SingaporeSunset

What can I say? I did have high expectations of this as friends told me it served great seafood. So I ordered a fish and chip … not very impressed (below my expectations). The fish was salty and the chips were soft. The best part is I asked for a bit more tar tar sauce as the portion was not big. Guess what? I was told I would be charged for $3. I asked my friends whether they heard of this before as definitely it was my first time since I moved to Singapore where restaurants charged for additional sauce. If it’s McDonalds serving food as their price, I got it. But this is a premium restaurant. So I was frustrated and said “ok thank you.” We walked out of the restaurant spending more than $350 for 7 pax but I would love to return to NUSS Guild House where obviously the quality of service is excellent and the average price is lower than what is charged here. Parking is also a challenge.

It's our 1st visit to Stella for our 20th Anniversary. It was an amazing experience. My husband and kids loved the food and atmosphere. As they knew it was our anniversary they gave a slice of cake with candle as a complimentary. The cake was super delicious 😋. The staffs were too friendly and attentive too. Special Thanks to the manager and staffs who attended to us. They helped to take photos of us and the highlight was they printed one of the photos with the date n memory. Its was really a nice thought of them to do this. They really made our anniversary something special. Thanks to the Team.

A friend brought us to this seaside, poolside restaurant, and the setting was truly beautiful. Dining by the pool while watching the sunset made for a very pleasant and relaxing experience. We ordered a variety of dishes, and overall the food quality was decent. However, the portion sizes were relatively small, and prices were on the higher side. Beer prices were comparable to those at a hotel. That said, given the ambiance and location, the pricing was not entirely unexpected, and the environment certainly added to the overall experience.

visited for mum’s birthday dinner. we got a seat nearer to the sea and since we came at the perfect golden hour timing, the view was really pretty. it’s also near the airport so we saw many planes flew by, it was a sight. some dishes we ordered — baby squid, tacos, grass fed ribeye, lamb rack, grilled prawn linguine, and they were all good! one of my favourite parts of this place was the cooling breeze (depends on your luck on the weather that day tbh) and the chill house music played on the speakers that we were lucky we sat next to. would definitely be back again to just relax, even coming alone and just enjoying the moment sounds good. there are a variety of types of seating/tables to choose from that fits any occasion, so i’d recommend making a booking before heading down!
