Nash, Bolkiah, and Praba supported our annual Hari Raya event at Zhenghua, managing live stations for mee siam and putu piring. They were punctual and professional, checking in with us before proceeding to set up their booths. Do note that each station requires its own power supply, so it’s best to plan ahead if you’re engaging them for an event. If you’re booking their services by the hour, I’d also recommend confirming the exact start and end times upfront to ensure alignment on both sides. A special mention to the team for going the extra mile. They were kind enough to prepare a portion of putu piring for me even as they were about to wrap up, since I didn’t get a chance to try it earlier. That gesture was genuinely appreciated.

The catering staff provided excellent service at our school during lunch time. Bolkiah, aziz, Hilmi,Nash & Dylia , they were friendly, efficient,and served the food promptly. Ordered our CNY catering from Sofnade and it was such a great choice! Radiah was very helpful and prompt in answering my questions and requests when placing the order as well! The food was delicious and well-received by everyone — fresh, flavourful, and beautifully presented. A special shoutout to Kheil and Nash for the impeccable service and awesome setup. Everything was arranged perfectly and completed on time for our buffet event, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend Sofnade for anyone planning a celebration!

We engaged Sofnade for our office get-together and were thoroughly impressed with their service. We ordered the nasi lemak bento set along with 2 live stations for our afternoon tea break. The nasi lemak was absolutely flavourful! The popiah and soft serve ice cream live stations proved to be a tremendous hit with our staff. The team from Sofnade-Bolkiah, Nash, Razif & Sarah - were exceptional. They provided outstanding service throughout the event. We must also acknowledge Radiah fr Sofnade’s admin team, who was excellent in handling all our enquiries and ensuring the ordering process went smoothly. Thank you Sofnade!

Ordered $50 Deepavali gift boxes from Sofnade for my clients and was extremely disappointed. The box was recycled with a sticker pasted over the old logo, and the snack portions were tiny one tub barely fit 4 pieces of murukku. Definitely not worth the price, especially for client gifting. I even had to self-collect. For the same price, I could’ve gotten a hotel-grade mooncake set with premium packaging. While their communication was fast, the product quality was far below expectations. If this is the type of standards you guys are having, I will encourage you guys not to carry on with such a menu for long as you will continue to receive negative feedbacks eventually. After my feedbacks that was given above, they came down to office to personally apologised and also pass us 3 new goodies as compensation and explained what had happened. We really appreciate such outstanding services and this business is the kind we should always support. In the end, they took in our feedbacks and they mentioned they will improve from there. 24 Oct: Adding 2 more stars from my previous review. Since the previous review, Ling from Sofnade has reached out to me to offer a service recovery. I really appreciate the kind gesture and prompt efforts from the team. They even took our feedback seriously and made changes to improve the gift box. Also, thank you Ling & colleague for taking the time to personally deliver the new gift box to me. Looking forward to ordering from you guys again. *Photo 3 & 4 is the improved gift box. 17th Oct: I recently purchased Signature Luxe Gift Box from Sofnade Catering for my clients appreciation during this festive Deepavali season. The enquiry process was prompt and transaction was smooth and easy. They were also accommodating and helpful when I had to do a last minute additional order. As I collected the order, it was smaller than i expected and personally felt it wasn't worth the price. Also upon client receiving this gift, they did feedback that the box looks like it was recycled and a sticker was placed on top of the previously engraved logo on the box. Overall, i appreciate the good customer service but i feel that the product can be further improved on.

Attendees thoroughly enjoyed watching the dishes being made and appreciated the variety, quality, and generous portions. It has been a really enjoyable experience engaging Sofnafe Catering for our live station as a prelude to Teacher's Day celebration 2025. Im thankful for the smooth process engaging the admin part and they are detailed in preparing the setup prior to the event. The beautiful flower setups at the live station make it stand out against other live stations. Special shoutout to Matthew and Mary for being so friendly and providing excellent service to our teachers. The teachers enjoyed the crispy takoyaki buckets a lot. They are very nice to cater to different dietary needs, offering vegetarian version and non-vegetarian version. So many staff came back for a second serving. Highly recommended.
