Mỳ Quảng Cô Sáu

Absolutely amazing experience! We’ve been traveling around Vietnam for 8 days, and this is honestly the best restaurant we’ve eaten at so far. I ordered the Mì Quảng Thập Cẩm Đặc Biệt (Special Mixed Quang Noodles) and it was incredible. So full of flavor and easily one of the best dishes I’ve had during our trip. I’m genuinely so happy we found this place! And on top of that, the prices are incredibly affordable. A special thank you to Phan Gia Bao ♥️, a very young guy working here who was absolutely fantastic with us: kind, helpful and welcoming. He made our experience even better. Highly recommended! If you’re in Da Nang, don’t miss this place!

I am Japanese. I wanted to eat some mild-flavored Vietnamese food, so I decided to have Mi Quang and came here from a nearby hotel. The restaurant has an open floor plan without doors, so it was a little hot, but there was a fan running, so it wasn't uncomfortable. It was also very clean. I ordered MỲ QUẢNG THẬP CẨM (Mixed Quang Noodles) and coconut juice. The food was served very quickly. The Mi Quang came with seasoned bone-in chicken, a boiled egg, blanched snakehead fish, rice paper, plenty of fresh vegetables, lime, and green chilies. I don't like cilantro, but I used Google Translate to ask them to leave out the chopped cilantro. The noodles were thick and chewy, like Japanese kishimen noodles but twice as thick, and delicious. The soup was mild and comforting, and not spicy at all, so if you want some spiciness, I recommend adding green chilies. Squeezing lime into it made it twice as refreshing, and I ended up drinking every last drop of the soup. The coconut juice was absolutely delicious, no explanation needed. I'm planning to stay in Da Nang for quite a while longer, so I'll definitely go back to eat there again. Thank you for the meal.

Got sucked in because it was a Michelin recommended place, however, it does not taste like a michelin recommended place. They even have their own “michelin” posters, was kinda sketchy and wasnt sure if it was real or not. But as a vietnamese, i find this place overpriced, and the food did not live up to its expectations. The portions are tiny for how much you are paying, i wasnt full at all, i went to a local “my quang” place that was on the streets, that some may think are “dirty” but it was a better experience getting to talk to the aunties and learning more about danang than this generic place. Also was definitely cheaper elsewhere. You do get the view of the dragon bridge, so that explains the price point.

A Michelin-starred culinary tour~~ I was slightly surprised by the price. My personal limit for noodle dishes is 50,000 VND, but the Dac Viet I ate was 75,000 VND. However, I could taste a clean flavor rather than a sweet and salty one. A taste I’d like to try again!!!!

The noodles are soft and fragrant, just like authentic Quang noodles, the broth is rich and flavorful, the restaurant is clean and has a beautiful view. I will definitely visit again next time I'm in Da Nang.

The restaurant was quite crowded, but they didn't keep me waiting long. The service was friendly and enthusiastic. The noodles were delicious, and the service was great 👍👍👍 I highly recommend it.

I ate pork spring rolls, and overall, they were pretty good. The dipping sauce was easier to eat than I expected, and the staff/manager at the restaurant was friendly and helpful (our group consisted of about 23 people).

The staff were quick and enthusiastic, and the restaurant was spacious and airy. The food was delicious, and the price was reasonable for the quality. The menu was diverse with many dishes.
