Mỳ Quảng Cô Sáu

I normally avoid Michelin places because of the hype and high price, but this place keeps it real and local, with reasonable prices and great food. Unlike some other reviews, there was no wait and food came out very fast. We went here last night and I tried the Special Mixed version and it was the best Mi Quang I've had in Vietnam. The broth was so nice and all ingredients fresh. We move to stay in a different area of Da Nang tomorrow, so I'm making sure we go back tonight for 1 last time. Don't miss this place.

We discovered Mỳ Quảng Cô Sáu through the Michelin Guide list of selected restaurants, and it truly delivered an authentic local experience. We started with fresh coconuts, perfectly chilled and incredibly refreshing. For the main dish, we ordered their bestseller — the Mỳ Quảng — which was absolutely delicious. The noodles were flavorful, the toppings generous, and the crispy sesame cracker added the perfect texture. Everything tasted fresh and wonderfully balanced. The atmosphere feels very local and genuine, which makes the experience even more special. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in Da Nang. After your meal, it’s lovely to take a short stroll along the nearby lake and wander through the local market.

Visited the restaurant for dinner thanks to a recommendation from a friend. The food was genuinely lovely - simple, comforting, and full of flavor. I especially enjoyed the noodles; there was something quietly satisfying about them that stayed with me. If you’re unsure what to order, the special mixed Quang noodles are a great place to start. The fish, chicken, egg, and frog noodles brought its own little surprise to the bowl. A humble spot, but one that leaves a warm impression long after you’ve finished eating.

Wow. The dracontomelon juice was refreshing and delicious. And the chicken soup was phenomenal. I've eaten at 4 Michelin noted restaurants while in Da Nang. This one was the most affordable and the one I'll be visiting again tomorrow. The noodles were the perfect texture, the broth was delicious and service was great and friendly.

I went to this restaurant after finding it as a Michelle selected place, and once arrived the atmosphere was nice, the lady serving seemed nice. The menu is clear with the options and we ordered and received our food extremely fast. When trying the food we noticed that the my quang dishes (both mine and my boyfriend’s) were warmed up but not quite hot, and the chicken on top of my dish was cold, same as my boyfriend’s fish. We also noticed that the whole dish was extremely oily, with the broth covered almost entirely by oil droplets and the noodles were stuck together as if the dish had been sitting for some time. The flavours were delicious which is why I still enjoyed my meal, but afterwards we did get a bad stomach ache both of us and felt extremely heavy from all the oil ingested, which has not happened in the 2 weeks we spent in Vietnam so far. I was a little disappointed due to the high expectations we had tonight, but I still enjoyed the taste of the meal.

I stopped by Mỳ Quảng Cô Sáu for breakfast two days in a row. On the first day, I ordered the special mixed Quang noodles, and it tasted just okay. On the second day, the noodles were noticeably hard, which was disappointing. One thing worth mentioning: given the price point and the presence of Michelin recognition on their menu, I expected a bit more in terms of toppings. I ended up ordering extra meat just to feel satisfied. Also, they didn’t provide a credit card charge slip, which made me feel a bit uneasy. Overall, it was an okay experience—not quite what I expected from a Michelin-rated restaurant.

Tried Mi Quang Da Nang – Authentic Local Experience! Tried Mi Quang for the first time and it didn’t disappoint. I had done some research beforehand and found this place—glad I came! The noodles were flavorful, the drink was refreshing, and the overall food quality was great. The ambience was calm and pleasant, and the location is perfect, right beside the river—adds a peaceful vibe to the whole experience. The staff were polite and welcoming, which made it even better. If you're in Da Nang and want to try a local specialty, this place is definitely worth a visit.

Best food I had during my time in Da Nang. The mỳ quảng was absolutely incredible—full of rich, authentic flavors, perfectly cooked noodles. Every bite felt balanced and deeply satisfying. If you’re in Da Nang, this place is a must-visit. Without a doubt, it was the highlight of my food experience in the city, and I would come back again in a heartbeat.
