I've never eaten at a place as bad as this one. Bad in both the literal and figurative sense. It didn't taste like Quang noodles at all. It was worse than what I cook at home. A bowl costs 50k without rice paper. Adding rice paper costs an extra 5k, and adding an egg costs an extra 5k. They sell it in a Northern style. The taste has absolutely nothing to do with Quang noodles. I saw high reviews on the map so I tried it, but I was utterly disappointed. I will never go back. On my rating scale, if I cooked it myself, I'd give it a 7 out of 10, but this place probably only gets a 2 out of 10 at most. Anyone curious should try it to see how disappointed I am.

The Quang noodles were average. Not impressive. 50k VND per bowl. The beef was tender and there was a decent amount of meat. You have to order extra eggs or rice paper. In contrast, when I ate in Saigon, they put half an egg in the bowl already. There was about a quarter of a crispy rice paper piece included (?!). There's self-service tea. You can eat as much vegetables as you want. You need to add a lot of vegetables to really enjoy Quang noodles. The staff and owner were friendly. I tried it to see a famous Quang noodle place in Da Nang, but I probably won't come back because it didn't suit my personal taste. The restaurant is always crowded.

Random search turns out fantastic spot. Most of the time in a touristic city, you should go google map and trust the reviews. I came when the pavement was being resurfaced but it didn’t cause much troubles. Tons of foodies come and go within 20mins we were there. Make sure you know your order (different kinds of meats/ full toppings/ full toppings with egg…) and you are good here.

Overall, the noodles are quite delicious and affordable. The beef is tender and melts in your mouth. The chicken is a little chewy. The eggs are also boiled eggs, bought separately for 5k each. The portion of noodles is quite generous; one bowl is enough to fill you up. The vegetables are fresh, and iced tea is free and self-service. The restaurant also sells homemade yogurt. After eating the noodles, you can buy some to eat to aid digestion, which is also quite tasty.

This was my first time trying this dish. To put it simply, it's thick rice noodles in a fish/frog broth, served with fresh vegetables and peanuts. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't impressive either; it felt like they just used whatever they had left in the refrigerator. Eating it with eggs or rice crackers felt strange too. The seating was okay, the food came out quickly, and the price was reasonable. But I think you should just order it with the fish; the chicken Quang noodles used roasted chicken, which was a bit dry, so I wouldn't recommend it.

I went there to visit and saw that the restaurant was super crowded =))) Mixed Quang noodles It was quite delicious, the broth was rich and flavorful, the chicken was tender and soft, and it went really well with the chewy Quang noodles =)) If I have the chance, I'll definitely come back and try each dish.

Here's some local Quang noodles, my dear wives! Oh my god, I used to think Quang noodles were just frog or pork. Now I've been enlightened about Quang noodles with beef, chicken, and fish. Where else can I find them cooked so deliciously and with such rich flavor? The sauce is perfectly seasoned, and the vegetables are incredibly fresh. This place was recommended to me by a local. It's delicious and affordable.

The positives are that it's easy to find and always crowded, the food is decent (portions are small), and the dipping sauce is good. The staff are not very friendly, just average. Prices are higher compared to other restaurants.
