💯 Highly recommended! Two people ate a portion of frog and roasted pork Quang noodles for 197k VND. The restaurant space is just right, clean and comfortable, with air conditioning and decorated with many traditional lanterns. The food is delicious, the portions are reasonable, and the frog Quang noodles have a hot, clear broth served with the noodles and vegetables on a banana leaf. The crispy shrimp and pork spring rolls are a highlight 😋 A slight drawback is the roasted pork noodles because the broth wasn't as warm as I'd liked, and the spring rolls were a bit too oily.

Before, when I went to Da Nang, I used to frequent this place because the food was delicious, clean, and the staff were lovely. Now, returning, it's terrible! The restaurant has air conditioning, but when you step inside, the heat and smell of food hit you straight in the face. The staff don't even bother to look up at customers; they just sit there with their faces glued to their phones. A male staff member came out, said there were only 3 dishes left, then left the menu there and went inside. I thought he went to get tea or some vegetables for customers and then come back to take orders, but he just stayed inside. The young female staff member was glued to her phone from the moment I entered the restaurant until I sat down to wait for my order. When the food came out, it looked unappetizing, the spoons and chopsticks were dirty, and the quality was ten times worse than before. When it came time to pay, she was still on her phone and told the male staff member to come and calculate the bill. Never coming back.

Oh my god, I've never eaten a bowl of Quang noodles that was this awful. The noodles were cold, the pork was just a few pieces of discolored meat, the broth was bland, and 50k VND wasn't enough to even get you anywhere. And worst of all was the service – the staff (an older woman) were indifferent and glared at customers. I paid for the meal but it felt like I was begging for food. 🙄 I've never given anyone less than 3 stars in my life, let alone 1 star, but this was truly, truly terrible.

This is a restaurant specializing in Mi Quang. Over 80% of the customers are locals, and there aren't many foreigners. As expected from a specialty shop, the taste is deep, flavorful, and delicious. I ordered the standard version, but most other tables order the restaurant's signature Mi Quang with frogs. I would like to try that later as well. I highly recommend stopping by and giving it a try.

I was soo underwhelmed by this place. The moment we arrived , the lady took no acknowledgment of us and just let us keep waiting and waiting for a table. The lady was so rude, the food was only really ordinary and overall not a good experience. The service was the complete let down. Would not recommend this place at all!

The frog Quang noodles here are absolutely delicious, rich in flavor and perfectly balanced. The space feels airy and comfortable, making it a pleasant spot to enjoy a meal. Prices are very reasonable, even cheaper than I expected. Two of us ate a full meal for only about 120,000 VND, which was great value for the quality and portion size. Highly recommended!

Other customers should think twice before giving a 5-star rating to a restaurant just to receive a bottle of corn milk, only to be met with unprofessional service and poor customer service! My family and I visited this restaurant in Da Nang, a city known for its high quality food and beverage. How can there be such terrible food and beverage experiences? No one came to serve us; we had to call five or seven times before a staff member finally came. My mother saw a 5-star rating promotion on Google Maps offering a free bottle of corn milk – no problem! There was also a sign that said, "Each 5-star review earns staff 30-50k VND." Everything was fine until the cashier included the free bottle of milk in the bill. If I hadn't questioned why there was a 1k VND charge for four identical meals plus the free bottle, perhaps that staff member would have pocketed all three 5-star ratings from our table and the money for the free milk – a truly deceptive move! When I voiced my complaint, the cashier said, "The cashier accidentally included it in the bill," and brought me another bottle of milk. So what? That's the cashier's problem; they should pay for the bill, not make the customer pay for it like this! What kind of work process is this? The cashier is standing around on their phone, and when there's a problem with a customer that hasn't been resolved, they go somewhere else and tell the waiter to take the blame for them? If the restaurant wants to continue to grow, I think they should retrain their staff, from work ethics to how to behave and handle problems. I can't believe the owner or manager would let them work as cashiers with that kind of work ethic! I'm also in the F&B industry, so if that "cashier" reads these reviews, please don't judge whether I have expertise or not. 🙂

All four dishes were delicious, the fish sauce wasn't too salty. The grilled pork skewers were soft and juicy, not dry. The restaurant was cool during lunchtime, but a bit stuffy, so my clothes and hair smelled of food.
