I naively assumed that being a brand like Tran Specialty would guarantee quality and service, so I didn't check the restaurant's reviews on Google Maps. The restaurant was empty. No one greeted customers upon entering. No one came to offer menus or introduce dishes to customers sitting at tables. The pork and rice paper were dry. The vegetables were wilted and still had worms. The Quang-style noodles and chicken Quang-style noodles were very disappointing. The staff had a bad attitude towards customers, were unfriendly, and ignored calls. Hygiene was terrible: flies were everywhere, and the staff used dustpans from the floor to clean the tables. After eating, 3/4 of my family members had stomachaches. A very bad experience for my family. If I could give 0 stars, I would give it 0 stars.

atmosphere: the restaurant is dirty. i saw a rat running around, and it’s full of flies. sometimes you even get a whiff of the trash cans right outside food wise: if you have never had vietnamese food then sure, it may be good for you, but this food is mediocre at best. the meat is dry, vegetables aren’t fresh. and the most disrespectful thing was their Mì Quảng. you can get better Mì Quảng even in foreign countries staff wise: they could use more training for sure, i won’t further explain this

I had the chance to visit Tran's Specialty Restaurant on Pham Van Dong Street while traveling in Da Nang and was very satisfied. The restaurant is spacious, clean, and has a breezy atmosphere, suitable for families and groups of friends. My favorite dish was the pork spring rolls; the pork was tender, the fresh vegetables were very fresh, the rice paper was perfectly chewy, and the dipping sauce was rich and authentically Central Vietnamese. The Quang noodles were also delicious, with generous toppings, although the broth was a little bland for my taste; adding a little more seasoning would have made it just right. The staff were quick, friendly, and enthusiastic in guiding first-time customers on how to enjoy the dishes. The food was beautifully presented, the ingredients were fresh, and the dishes were served quite quickly despite the restaurant being busy.

My Quang tasted like it went bad so we didn’t eat it after first bite, banh beo was ok but not great either. Only their winter melon drink was good. Bathroom was decent. Wouldn’t come back

The staff were unenthusiastic. They didn't even inform us when the food ran out. When we took orders, they just ignored us as if it wasn't their business. You shouldn't go to these restaurants when traveling for business or with your family.

Terrible service! The restaurant was missing the shrimp dish, and I was informed that the shrimp was of poor quality. If they knew it was substandard, they should have informed the customer instead of letting the customer find out. I ordered food with rice crackers, but they still didn't bring it to me. I only realized it was missing after I reminded them. The restaurant's handling of the situation was very unprofessional. I had lunch on August 28th on the 2nd floor at the Pham Van Dong branch.

It's been a long time since I last ate at Tran's restaurant, so when I had the chance to visit Da Nang recently, I searched for it and found this location, one of the three branches of the chain. It looks quite appealing and spacious with a nice location, but when I went in, it was surprisingly empty, maybe because it was Monday morning and there weren't many customers. The food is still the same, but the vegetables are plentiful and very clean because they are grown organically according to the chain's standards at their farm in Lam Dong, so I feel quite reassured. The rest is average, the service is quick and attentive...

Countless choices, and I chose the worst one. The noodle soup with fermented fish sauce and meat was all fat, sickeningly greasy. For the first time, a surprisingly ordinary eatery, sitting in the hot and stuffy weather, dared to charge 8k for a wet wipe.
