Da Nang has many rice noodle soup stalls, and I've visited and will continue to visit many of them. Regarding this particular stall, I noticed that many locals eat there, and the food is decent for the price. - The broth is made from fish stock, with a sweet and refreshing taste. When eating, the stall puts the noodles in a bowl, pours in the broth, and adds onions and cilantro. There are two types of noodles: wheat flour and tapioca flour, each with its own unique flavor. Personally, I prefer a chewy, moist, and smooth texture, so I'd favor tapioca flour noodles. Those who prefer firm, solid noodles that break easily with a bite should choose wheat flour or rice flour noodles. Both have a fragrant aroma. - The toppings in the mixed bowl include fish in broth, fried fish, beef sausage, fish cake, quail eggs, fermented pork sausage, fried onions, and other seasonings. The tuna meat is tender, firm, sweet, and has a subtle, characteristic tuna aroma. - Another point is that I really enjoy dipping the fried dough sticks and spring rolls into these dishes. Dipping the noodles into these light and sweet broths is a perfect match; the crispy, crunchy texture further enhances the delicious broth. - On the table, there's chili fish sauce and pickled onions to accompany the noodles. Dipping the toppings is very appetizing. - The price is around 40-50k VND per bowl, I don't remember the exact price. Overall, it seems reasonable. - The indoor and outdoor (sidewalk) spaces are a bit hot. The indoor area is stuffy and hot from the noodle soup pot. There are no fans outdoors, so it depends on whether the weather is hot or cool. - I won't comment on hygiene, given these rustic, "simple" eateries. There were quite a few flies, making it tiring to swat them away while eating. - The food is decent and tasty for some. Consider trying it if you're nearby. It's not exceptionally delicious.
