This Cai Fan stall Chef set "arrogant rule " that only tabao 1 vegetable dish $3 without rice they won't sell?Moreover it's my 1st time doing this? Despite I m the regular customers which always tabao their Caifan n extra packets curry chicken n pork+veg dishes cost $12-15 or more each time.. 2-3 times /week. Complained to the Coffeeshop owner but he said cannot do anything as it's their rule. This coffeeshop n stall is doing the neighbourhood business ,strongly protest to such rules and will not patronize them again as they must have forgotten Sengkang Area got so many coffeeshops n Cai Fan stalls!!

The drinks seem more expensive than other coffee shops as reviewed by others. I tried. Order a cup of plain warm water and it is $0.50. Usually coffee shop charge $0.30. Even more expensive than toast box. No wonder I see lesser people ordered drinks compared to other coffee shops. Can try support the pancake stall. Local old man. Think it has good reviews.

Rude stall assistant. They raise the price by $0.20. The auntie who send the drink said it's for the $0.10 return policy implement for drink cans and overall price increase which I accepted and ordered. after which as I support recycling, I took the drink can to the machine just beside the block to get the refund. sadly it didn't work, i went back to ask and the drink stall assistant was very rude. Raising her voice and insisting that it was the supplier who raised the cost. The irony is she mentioned supplier increased the price by $2 by carton. the avg is $0.10 per can but they are charging $0.20 increase. haha. Making excuses to increase pricing and giving inconsistant explanation. sometime they don't understand it is not about money but the attitude.

Really enjoyed the fish beehoon soup which was filled to the brim and full of Chinese cabbage

Very aged foodcourt. However has lots of nice food. The ckt is legendary. Good lor mee. Tzechar and caipeng too.

BaK chore mee is not bad. Armenian CKT is good.

Had the worst tea in my entire life. This is my first ever negative post fyi. Service is ok since the server will come to our table and ask what we wanna drink. There are 3 smoking tables at the coffee shop and the air quality is extremely bad. Im a smoker myself but it’s not something I can even take it.

Yummy traditional food, we ordered fish ball noodles and fried chay kway teow. The fried chay kway teow stall is one of the pioneer stall.
