On 30 December 2025, just before closing at 9:32 pm, my mum ordered a Large Coconut Fresh Juice and a Coconut Shake. When we returned home around 10 pm and tried the Coconut Fresh Juice, it tasted sour and clearly unfit for consumption. The next day, 31 December 2025 in the afternoon, my mum asked me to personally return to the store to speak with the sales representative. Unfortunately, I was told that they could not replace the drink because the order was “yesterday’s problem” and that replacements are only possible if the drink was purchased on the same day. This was said despite me politely explaining that the order was made just before closing and there was no opportunity to return to the store while it was still open. What I found most upsetting was that I genuinely could not understand why it was so difficult to simply make a replacement drink, given the circumstances. This experience has been deeply shocking and distressing, especially coming from a beverage business where freshness and basic customer care should be a priority.

Had a hard time locating the store as it hidden at the corner of the building . I saw some tables and chair outside the store . Maybe the stall shd consider putting up some umbrellas with your company name to make it a chill corner . (In a way, we can spot u from far)

Don't make your ipos issue to a customer issue! Ridiculous! Payment successful transacted I even show your staff the screenshoot! your ipos didn't issue receipt is your problem! Your customer still have to take the hassle to write your old school refund form?!! Hello it's 2026! Wake up your idea!! No apologies at all and I don't even have my drinks! Your staff told me I have to pay again!!
