Yì by Jereme Leung is a Chinese restaurant at Raffles Hotel Singapore. The cuisine here is modern interpretations of Chinese cuisine with a focus on provincial cuisine across the diverse cultural regions of China. The restaurant is featured as a selected restaurant in the Michelin Guide, although it does not have any star. Located on the third floor of Raffles Arcade. After entering the main doorway, you walk through a passageway that has handcrafted white petals cascading overhead. The passageway opens up to a main dining room and there are private rooms at the back. The plates are designed to impress and the plating of the food here are good. The first three dishes were appetizers. 1) Barbecued Iberico Pork Char Siew with Lime Caviar: This was thickly cut but it lacked the char on the outside. Had to use the knife and fork to cut it into smaller pieces before eating. 2) Foie Gras Terrine with Red Wine Sauce: The terrine was cut into small cubes. It was a tad salty. The red wine sauce paired well with the terrine. 3) Sichuan-style Sea Cucumber with Spicy Sesame Dressing: The sea cucumber was sliced into a thin rectangle and a walnut was placed on top. The Sichuan sauce was a tad spicy. This was followed by a soup. 4) Double-boiled Dendrobium Chicken Soup with Fish Maw, Sea Whelk and Dried Scallop: Clear soup which was flavorful. The chicken meat inside was breast meat. The fish maw was unique, as it was a whole piece. We then had three main dishes. 5) Braised 6-Head South African Abalone with Premium Dried Oyster, Japanese Shiitake Mushroom and Broccoli: This was good. Abalone and mushroom were tasty. Sauce was thick and good. I used a spoon to finish it all. 6) Baked Cod Fillet with Australian Wild Honey and Premium Soy Sauce Reduction: The fish's flavor could be stronger. The roe on the side had a sour plum flavor that was unique. 7) Homemade Fish Noodles with Assorted Seafood in Fish Broth: The fish paste was stretched into noodle form and it came in a fish broth, with a whole prawn and scallop. It would be good to have pork lard to go with it. The finale was a dessert. 8) Peach Gum with Aloe Vera, Sea Bird’s Nest and Lemongrass Jelly: Great presentation with dry ice effect. Nice and refreshing dessert to end the meal. There were 'sago' bits that popped when bitten, which had a mild zesty flavor. The food is modern Chinese. The food presentation is good, and the service is attentive. It was a good meal and we were all full at the end. Pricing is high.

A beautiful Chinese restaurant located in the Raffles Singapore. The dishes are stunning, well-plated and beautiful to photograph. The starters were very tasteful, the pekin duck quite good. The restaurant seems to close early, as last order is at 9pm and while eating our main courses one waitress asked us if we wanted our dessert to be served at the same time as the savory dishes… ? She seemed to want to usher us out of the restaurant. The other waiters were on the other hand very kind, friendly and welcoming.

Great service from the crew, from the Recep to the dinner service! We celebrated our birthday here a few days ago and we had the best time here. The food was exceptional as well, with good twists and creations. Tried a couple of the seasonal dishes with the seasonal mushrooms and were great! The ambience is great! Definitely will be back for more!

We had such a wonderful family lunch here. The setting alone is worth a visit, a beautifully restored heritage building that creates such a special atmosphere. Our server, Jess Khoo, was incredibly friendly, attentive and welcoming, making the whole experience feel relaxed and enjoyable. The service was excellent from start to finish. The food was equally impressive. The red cheong fun is an absolute must order, and the fried rice was spectacular, fragrant, full of flavour and one of the highlights of our meal. Every dish was beautifully presented and delicious. We left feeling so well looked after and had such a lovely time together as a family. Highly recommended, and we’ll definitely be back!

We visited this place for lunch during a transit in S’pore, and every single bite was absolutely delicious and beautifully prepared. The quality of the food was outstanding! The staff were also very friendly and attentive, which made the experience even better. A big thanks to AMEX for introducing us to this restaurant. We’d definitely love to come back and try their dinner menu next time!

Yi consistently delivers an exceptional dining experience. We dined there as a family of 8, which included overseas visitors. Everyone was impressed with the exquisite cuisine. The beautiful presentation was a delight to the senses. A special thanks to Aaron Hong whose exceptional hospitality elevated the entire experience. He explained the background behind every dish and attended to our every request, making us feel like honoured guests. We have dined in many establishments in Singapore and overseas. Aaron’s service stands out among the best. We look forward to dining at Yi again. We know the experience will always be memorable.

This is my second visit with Yi by Jereme Leung and I had a wonderful dining experience again where every dish was beautifully presented and thoughtfully prepared. The Golden Duck was perfectly prepared with rich, succulent meat, while the cabbage dish was surprisingly delightful with its delicate sweetness and comforting texture. Kelly and Gip Son provided exceptional service with their warm hospitality, attentiveness, and genuine care, making us feel truly welcomed throughout the meal. Their professionalism and attention to detail elevated the entire experience, and I look forward to returning again.
