Legendary Hong Kong

It feels like a movie set where you are not in SG, green tiles and wooden chairs. I like the milk yuan yang ($4.00) I like having the option to have it zero sugar. Haha but I think it still tastes better with a bit of sugar. Peanut cake ($2.50) I like this. Fragrant swiss roll with a light touch of peanut cream. Tea special ($8.80) Worth it, a main and a drink. I had the chicken with dry nissin noodles. Generous helping, with fries and salad. The con is that the dish was too salty for me, esp the noodles.

I have eaten here several times and have always found the food to be excellent, especially the fragrant wok hei in their fried hor fun and fried rice. Unfortunately, our experience today was quite disappointing. The dishes we ordered were, at best, above average. The flavours were bland, and the signature wok hei that made us love this place was noticeably lacking. It really feels like the standard has dropped. We purposely drove here for lunch because we were craving the food, but while it filled our stomachs, it didn't satisfy our hearts like it used to. I sincerely hope they can regain the quality that made this place so special.

My brother recommended this place, and it was indeed excellent. The stir-fried beef noodles were full of wok hei (wok aroma), the beef slices were very smooth, and the brisket was tender and flavorful. The tea was just a little lacking, not fragrant enough. The food came out quickly, and the ambiance was like a Hong Kong-style cafe in a Hong Kong drama, making you feel like you were truly dining in Hong Kong.

This is a very nice Hong Kong-style tea restaurant with a great ambiance. They have all kinds of dim sum, roast meats, and cart noodles. The beef tendon brisket was so delicious that I wanted to take another box home! I also got a frozen glutinous rice chicken to go! 👍🏻👍🏻

My first time here, a very busy place. Great food and most importantly, great customer service from JK despite being so busy on a public holiday. Join the queue if you're at Jurong Point, definitely worth the money! Best egg tarts, salted water dumplings, fried chicken and water chestnut cake, and best of all! The fried chicken and pineapple bun was so fragrant and fluffy and juicy. You'll regret missing it! 🤗
