I’m honest - their food makes me feel like vomiting. They just taste horrible. WORST FOOD I EVER HAD. The fish doesn’t taste fresh, and chicken has strong frozen taste and the rice isn’t anything like chicken rice’s rice taste. The restaurant manager in response to my feedback asked me if I know who the chefs are. Apparently under Michelin or celebrity chefs. I told him regardless, the food is terrible. Totally spoilt my evening. The vibes are bad too, nervous seemingly inexperienced waiters and restaurant manager, small table too small to accommodate the food, and bad customer service. They came 4 times to ask if we would order drinks when we already ordered cocktails soon after we sat down.

My humble google review for the restaurant that deserves the time & effort taken to pen one. Reservations: Table reservations were done easily via an easy to navigate system on their official website, making it fuss free, efficient and straightforward for the consumer. The 3 core points which mostly attract, or deter intrigued visitors before they even step foot in the door. Milli’s reservations system are to be applauded for. Service team: The exceptional and unparalleled service started at the door, where Jaycelle welcomed myself and my lunch partners to Milli. We were ushered to our table, which was already ready for us by the time we got there, and were greeted along the way by Ferdauz, Stefanie & Evie, which felt like an awesome experience in itself. Genuine smiles, their meticulous attention to details and consistency of the above mentioned throughout the lunch experience, is something you ought to try out for yourself. Not to mention, we also appreciate the unspoken gestures by the team that made a simple lunch truly an out of the world experience. Food: The food at Milli is an attempt at a fusion experience, where they take simple dishes, and alleviate it using the chef’s many years of culinary knowledge and experience. Singaporean favourites, things like Rojak & Chicken Rice, were transformed into curated flavours and sensations that ignited joy and excitement on the tastebuds. If you’re someone who’s bored of the same old dining choices everyday, this is somewhere you should possibly consider. We as Singaporeans share a common hobby for food, and from one Singaporean to another, I strongly recommend an experience at Milli for their food. Conclusion: I’m someone that has been to many, many dining spots, from the best of the best hawker centres, to the most exquisite fine dining options Singapore has to offer. So take my word for it & bring you & your family to Milli for that next family dinner you’ve got coming up. Thank you, Milli, the kitchen team, and also the front of house team for this unparalleled experience. We enjoyed ourselves tremendously and we will be back for a dinner experience in the very near future. Sincerely, Marc

Milli – Sky Dining, Bar & Lounge; National Gallery Singapore: Rooftop dining spots are prime estates in Singapore. Milli, the newest and hottest new kid in town face off and provides a perfectly framed view of Marina Bay Sands. Include the iconic Esplanade and the CBD skyscrapers into the sweeping panorama. This is possibly the best view you get of MBS and the surrounds. Food is a firm nod to Singapore beloved dishes with mod inventive twists. Chef Han is best known for his one-Michelin-starred restaurant, Labyrinth. We ordered the signature dishes – rich, aromatic truffle cheese prata, full chicken paella with an ingenious socarrat – that burnt crispy layer of rice but Singapore chicken rice style, roti, oyster egg souffle – a beautiful recreation of oyster omelette. Grilled British Cod’s Head & Collar was a tad out of comfort for me – It looked like a T-rex head on platter. The dousing of assam laksa beurre blanc sauce was a sight to behold. The crispy skin was beautiful. Cod, if you find them, are soft sweet and tender. But if you’re here with a big group – it’s awkward carving this up, sifting through bones and cartilage with the dim light. I even ate the eye by mistake which was so off putting. Cocktails are anything but ordinary and are designed by Vijay Mudaliar, founder of Asia’s 50 Best Bar. I restrict alcohol imbibes to very grand occasions, limit to 2. This was worth the exception. Peranakan Spritz is the crowd fav – purple, gorgeous, with a sour hit at the start and a kueh serving at the side. Sling it is elegant and a recreation of the beloved Singapore sling. If you have room for only 1 dessert, the aerated waffle pandan is a fun local twist of with kaya jam. Ube and pistachio ice cream rich. In a country where F&B concepts sprout and fold easy, Milli is one of the most daring, progressive and forward-thinking project I have dined at. With that incredible view and coiffed interior styling, it scores a perfect 10. #eatstylishtravelstylish

went over for dinner at 8pm with a reservation, they accommodate our request for a swap from indoor to outdoor seats, i thought that was lovely. requested for their recommendations for certain dietary restrictions like no beef, no raw food and no peanuts. we went ahead with chilli crab salad, 3 cheese truffle prata, chicken rice paella and aerated pandan waffle. can i just say a must try is the 3 cheese truffle prata, what an interesting mix! the chilli crab salad was unique but nothing too special. unfortunately, the chicken rice paella was too oily in my opinion, although the serving was generous. as for the aerated pandan waffles, flavour was good but we requested for no peanuts in the beginning but it still came with peanut butter. all in all, great experience and atmosphere!

dropped in for a night cap at the bar and was treated to the most exceptional and friendly service by "harun" and friends 😉 tried the sling it and peranakan spritz cocktails, very creative spins on classic drinks with local inspirations. decided to continue our night at the club lounge, music was great and the vibes were nice; not to crowded and stuffy, but just right to bring a buzz to the atmosphere. definitely check out Milli on a night out on the town, will be back soon!

🇸🇬 Milli Singapore proved to be an fantastic dining experience, made even better by their incredible food and sky-high city views. I had the MIL-LY Smashed Burger, which was packed with flavor, juicy double-smashed wagyu patties, and that nostalgic local Ramly-style twist, perfectly balanced out by a fresh, vibrant fruit salad on the side. The combination of rich, savory comfort food with a light, refreshing side hit the spot, and enjoying it against the stunning backdrop of the Singapore skyline made the meal truly memorable.

Had such a great experience at Milli’s, and I really wanted to thank the team - especially Nicholas - for going above and beyond. My friends and I had a wonderful night, and the service was already excellent. But what really stood out was what happened afterwards. I realised I had accidentally left my laptop behind, and Nicholas was incredibly kind and patient in helping me figure out what had happened. He arranged for the CCTV footage to be checked, sent me the relevant clips, and reassured me throughout the whole process. Thanks to his help, I was able to locate and recover my laptop. It’s rare to come across service that extends well beyond the end of the evening. Nicholas genuinely cared and made what could have been a very stressful situation so much easier. Huge thank you to him and the entire Milli’s team for your professionalism, kindness and hospitality. I’ll definitely be back to try the food at the lounge, and countless more nights of partying haha. Highly recommended!
