Yummy bakes and YUMMY SOURDOUGH!!! We got the leek onion grilled cheese - their sourdough… is so yummy… Wanted to get a loaf for home but they already sold out their whole loaves (at about 11+am) We tried the cherry cheesecake sd danish - pastry dough was so unique and perfect texture, cream cheese and cherries !!??????!!????!! We loved… Also tried their hojicha cheesecake, which was bomb. Their banana walnut thing was decent too. THEIR SAFFRON PISTACHIO POUND CAKE WAS SO MOIST!!!! 😭😭😭 Everything was not too sweet and they have lots of options across sweet and savory (more sweet though) !! Heard the coffee is good but didn’t get to try. Will be back next time to try more things!! Btw we reached at about 11am and there was a maybe 20-30 min queue? Bring your portable fan bc it’s hot

Overall mid feeling about this spot—the signature sourdough missed the mark for me, leaning a bit too sour and moist, while the cakes were generally mid too (around 3 to 4 out of 5). Here is how they stacked up: Tunisian Orange Cake & Poached Pear Tart: Decent, but didn't leave much of a ‘I need to buy this again’ impression. Tart shell was a bit too hard for the tart. Lime Buttermilk Bundt Cake: The lime buttermilk was very sweet and had a good punch of lime, the Bundt cake was alright and it overall was just ok. Matcha Strawberry burnt Cheesecake: Easily the pick of the bunch. It had a better balance of flavors and texture that made it stand out from the rest I tried. Will try other flavors of cheesecakes and maybe other items if I do drop by again.

Always, always a fan of woodlands sourdough ☺️ I love the range of menu that changes from time to time and my fav is the strawberry balsamic brownie 🥰 I love the gooey, sour and sweet chocolatey feeling. Apart from that, the vibes and staffs are really on point 👏🏻 they are friendly, accommodating and recommend their best or new bakes for the day (knowing me I will purchase cause it’s so good) i recommended to my other friends as well. Apart from the queue, good things is worth the wait so why not maybe around 10-15 minutes waiting time in queue? But yes for me brownies and their blondies teacakes so unique my husband and I love love them 🥰

Very good experience as the staff are knowledgeable and willing to explain their products. The sourdough was on the slightly overly moist for my liking but they explained to me before buying that this is due to their way of baking so i know what to expect.

Amazing people and amazing food! Had the rendang grilled cheese toastie, it was so flavourful especially combined with the shallots and pickles. Instead of meat, it is with jackfruit so a more veg-friendly option. It can take several minutes to prepare because it is served freshly made. Had several sweets: pistachio halva blondie, strawberry balsamic brownie, yemeni honey croissant, matcha strawberry cheesecake. There is no stinge with the fillings, each bite is packed and rich with butter/cheese/nuts/chocolate etc. To top of it, they display their pro-palestine support boldly, encouraging me to make this a bi-weekly spot to visit. While I was gorging on my my loot, I saw the owners giving maintenance workers drinks+food. Damnit the owners even take care of stramgers!

This place is not east to visit because it only opens 4 days a week! Was nearby having lunch and saw it open and there was a queue, so I went back again after I finished my lunch and there was just another customer in front of me. This is a pure takeaway place, though there is a small bench outside which can probably sit 2 persons. The shop looks very interesting there are like so many things that caught my attention. It's also very wordy felt like I need to read so many words before ordering. Finally was my turn and took some time to decide and also asked for some recommendations. That was a wrong move man, the 2 ladies at the counter started recommending this and that and I just went OK and kept getting more. The asked me to get a sourdough but it was kinda big for me so just got the small slices of bakes and cookies. Before I left got told their iced chocolate was good and so I also gave in to it. Was a bit troublesome I was carrying some stuff and had to carry the box of bakes and a drink. That point in time only wished I had a bag or something. Went home and tried out the items over a few days. The iced chocolate was definitely good, and most bakes don't really require heating. The whole box was placed in the chiller and just took whatever I wanted out 10 minutes before eating. The lime buttermilk bundycake was not bad, though the lime cream on top melted a bit in the box. It's one of the must buy and it looked dense but it's actually not. The chocolate marble was good too, probably one of my favourites. The chocolate basque burnt cheesecake was quite thick and it was absolutely enjoyable. The last was finally not chocolate and had the matcha macadamia cookie which was probably the one I liked the most, also the only item which I placed in the airfryer to get it a little warm. It was like a happy box for me and enjoyed everything I got. Will definitely return back to try the other stuff I have been eyeing!

Overhyped. Had the rendang sandwich. The sourdough used for the sandwich was gamey. Taste okay, can barely taste the rendang tho’. Cinnamon bun was too sour, probably because it’s using sourdough starter? Idk, I just didn’t enjoy both menu. Had coffee as well, which was okay.

5 stars taste, but kinda pricey for toastie so minus 1 star $6 brownie, $13 halloumi toastie Brownie - I would say great value for similar prices out there. Not too sweet, quality choc chips and there’s nuts. Tbh I was quite blown away by the taste! After having 1 of it, it’d be filling and just nice. Toastie - cheese that has meaty flavour. This was very nice, bread had crunch at the sides, wonderful flavour. Just expensive for a toastie :/ Will come back n try other stuff next time round ;) Staff were friendly n helpful!
