Ordered pork belly skewers ($1.80 each), fried eggs with tomato ($12.80), dry pan potato chips ($12.80), and la zhi ji ($18.80). Food was average, felt that the standard has dropped. The tomato egg was soso, the potato chips weren’t the crispy kind, which was a bit disappointing. The skewers and la zhi ji were still quite decent. Overall, I find it on the pricier side as there are tastier and cheaper options elsewhere, but it’s convenient since it’s near Sembawang Shopping Mall. The place was filled with more China customers, and the food took a while to arrive.

Waited 45 minutes for everything to be serve, restaurant was only at about 50% full. Food is salty and not the best. Place is hot.

The food is generally tasty. The Mala Xiang Guo is a must try. Parking in that area is rather limited though, so can consider public transport if you are planning to go during peak hours.
