It has been about a year since I last tried authentic Hainanese food locally, so we decided to visit this place mainly for its convenience. I ordered the Hainan Breaded Crispy Marinated Pork Chop, which comes with a choice of steamed rice or French fries—I opted for the fries. For an additional $3, I upgraded to a premium set that included Hainanese Mixed Vegetables and Double-Boiled Green Marrow Soup. The food arrived in under 10 minutes. The pork chop portion was reasonable, though nothing particularly memorable on its own, aside from a sauce that paired well with it. The mixed vegetables and soup were fairly average and felt more like filler additions than standout sides. While there are other items on the menu worth exploring, this is more of an occasional indulgence rather than something I would consider for regular meals. The premium set came up to $16.90 in total. One downside is the dining environment. Although it is located inside an air-conditioned mall (18 Tai Seng), the space can feel quite warm. The seating area is also semi-open to the kitchen, so my clothes ended up smelling like food afterwards.

This old school East–West influence cuisine place is where you wanna go for Authentic Hainanese food. We had their Old school Hainanese chicken rice, curry pork ribs,Meshed Potate and Baked Rice. The chicken rice is fragrant but not oily. It is cooked in the chicken’s own stock, infused subtly with ginger, garlic, and rendered chicken fat. Each grain is separate, soft yet fluffy, carrying the quiet aroma of the broth rather than overpowering flavors. Sedap !!

Ordered their Chicken rice premium set ($10.30), came with vege and soup. I requested for less rice so the rice portion does not reflect the actual amount. Their chicken was soft, tender and juicy. Vege was kinda normal and soup nothing special. Rice was also nice. The only drawback was the warm environment and no fan to ventilate the area.

Tried both Hot Pot Braised Beef in Brown Sauce and Braised Beef Oxtail and they are delicious. The meat is soft and tender. The baguette that's cruchy outside and soft inside dipped in the gravy compliments the beef deliciously.

Environment itself quite basic, just a normal cafeteria vibe. Ice milk tea quite good. Hainan pork chop not tasty and match with the price don’t really worth it. Waiting time during lunch is quite long. Counter cashier and server are quite nice aunty and uncle.
