Riverside Terrace Restaurant

Huge disappointment – the magic is completely gone! ⭐⭐ On our last visit, this restaurant was an absolute gem. It served delicious, authentic Italian food and was run by an Italian owner who played live guitar, creating a truly magical atmosphere. Unfortunately, the restaurant has changed hands, and all of that magic is gone. The food is okay, but nothing more than mediocre. There was nothing special about it, and we got some rather boring pizzas where the crust and toppings just didn’t harmonize. What made it even more disappointing was that we contacted them via WhatsApp three days in advance to specifically confirm if they still had the same owner and live music. They assured us they did, but the reality was a massive letdown. The cozy live guitar was replaced by terrible, loud, "ferry-style" music. The local Vietnamese musicians didn't even know the lyrics to the songs, making the whole experience noisy and distracting rather than atmospheric. We will unfortunately not be returning, and we can no longer recommend this place to anyone.

We visited this place and absolutely loved it! Everything was very clean, the food was delicious, and the service was outstanding. The staff opened the door for us, regularly checked to make sure everything was okay, and quickly helped with anything we needed. Everyone was incredibly attentive and welcoming. A special thanks to the young man who greeted us at the entrance. He was so kind and thoughtful. He even walked us to the show because he remembered that we wanted to see it. That level of care made our experience even more special. Highly recommended. We will definitely come back.

From the moment we walked in we knew we were going to have a good night. Straight away the owner came over and introduced himself. It was amazing to hear and see how passionate he is about his restaurant and his customers. This restaurant is located with an amazing view of the dragon bridge. Our food did take an hour to come out, however, it was worth it!! The lasagne is amazing! The owner compensated due to the wait time and let us up on the terrace to watch the dragon bridge show! I would recommend booking in advance to get a table on the terrace if you are wanting to see the show as there is limited seating and the restaurant is very busy! I have to give credit to the staff too who were so attentive and helpful.

We had a wonderful dining experience at Riverside Terrace Restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious — every dish was flavorful, fresh, and beautifully presented. The rooftop view was the highlight of the night, with an amazing riverside atmosphere that made the whole experience even more special and relaxing. A special thank you to Van, our waitress, who was incredibly attentive, friendly, and very fast with service. She made sure everything was perfect throughout our meal and always checked on us with a smile. Great food, stunning rooftop views, and excellent service — highly recommended when visiting Da Nang!

The staff are really helpful and friendly, the owner of the restaurant is very friendly too. Top bloke. Even gave me his beer for beer very kind of him. Kindness dosent hurt at all. My pizza I ordered was just how I wanted it. Clean restaurant: the staff members were very polite , happy. And ready to answer any questions you might have. I genuinely would definitely would recommend this place to anyone. Very impressive restaurant 🍻👍🏽

We had the pleasure of dining at this fantastic Italian restaurant in Da Nang city centre and decided to take a night off from local cuisine. It was definitely worth it. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. We chose to sit on the balcony. The stairs were a bit of a workout (haha), but absolutely worth it for the beautiful view. We even caught the sunset, which made the experience even more special. The food was delicious. I ordered the chicken parmigiana, which came with a side of pasta, and the flavours were spot on. The portion sizes were just right, leaving you satisfied without feeling too full. Overall, I loved the vibe of this place. It’s relaxed, inviting, and perfect for a great meal. If I’m ever back in Da Nang, I’ll definitely return. Highly recommend if you’re in town and craving some quality Italian food.

We had the most magical, unforgettable dining experience at Riverside Terrace ✨🌙🤍 From the moment we walked in, everything felt elegant, spotless and welcoming absolutely immaculate 🌸🤍 The rooftop setting was breathtaking, overlooking the Han River with the stunning Dragon Bridge glowing at night 🐉🌉✨ The lights reflecting on the water, the gentle breeze, the romantic atmosphere , it honestly felt like a fairytale, and so perfect for our honeymoon memories 🥂💕 It was one of those pinch me moments where everything just felt magical 🥹💫 The service was truly incredible 🙌💖 We let the staff know about our allergies when ordering, but unfortunately they weren’t written down correctly, so one of our pasta dishes came with ingredients we couldn’t eat 😔🙏 With allergies that can be worrying, but the way the team handled it was so professional, calm and genuinely caring. They replaced the meal immediately with kindness and absolutely no hesitation 🍝✨ No stress, no awkwardness just heartfelt care and reassurance 💗 And the food wow 🤤🇮🇹 The pasta replacement was delicious, and the Parmigiana was absolutely divine full of flavour, perfectly balanced, rich, wholesome and comforting in every single bite 😍💫 The texture was beautiful, the presentation stunning, and you could truly taste the quality ingredients. Proper fine dining Italian made with love 🍆🧀🍅✨ Then, while we were still dining, the staff surprised us with a complimentary dessert 🍰💝 AND a free drink 🍹 as an apology. Such thoughtful, generous service that honestly touched our hearts 🥹💞 It wasn’t expected, but it showed how much they genuinely care about their guests’ experience. They even kindly took beautiful photos for us with the Dragon Bridge and Han River glowing in the background 📸🐉🌆 giving us memories we’ll treasure forever 💕 And honestly we were shocked at how affordable it was 😍💰 For an entrée, two mains and three drinks it was only about $35–$40 AUD total (around 550,000–650,000 VND) 🤯✨ Incredible value for such a stunning rooftop fine dining experience with that level of service and those views 💖 We loved everything so much we came back twice during our stay in Da Nang ❤️ And we would return again in a heartbeat 💫 Beautiful rooftop views 🌉✨ Incredible Italian food 🇮🇹🍝 Kind, thoughtful, attentive staff 💖 Romantic fairytale atmosphere 💕 Amazing prices 💰✨ Highly, highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ If you’re in Da Nang, don’t miss this gorgeous place you’ll feel so looked after, so appreciated, and completely enchanted 🌹🥂💫

Best tiramisu I've ever had in my lifeeee!! Amazing creamy cheesy salmon pasta with sizeable salmon chunks (I was licking my plate) lychee cocktail to die for and to finish it off the most delectable tiramisu (and I'm tiramisu obsessed) in an adorable mug that made my entire week. Service was lovely and attentive (we were served by the wonderful Hau) top location and lovely warm atmosphere. So many food options to choose from!! Overall no complaints, a delicious experience, I'm full and happy.
