If you looking for a charming and cosy drinking place to unwind, then look no further than No.5 Emerald Hill. It spots a Chinese style interior decor which gives off a very warm Chinese vibe and zen-like atmosphere. We ordered the cocktails here which were truly refreshing. The food here was also equally fantastic and we wished we had the stomach to order more food. The staff here were friendly and attentive. Service was fast and we need not wait long for the food. We were surprised that the place was quite crowded on a Thursday night.

Visited No.5 Emerald Hill and it has definitely become one of my favourite spots for a great night out! From the moment you step inside, the cozy and charming atmosphere instantly sets the right mood. The interior has a warm, stylish vibe that feels both comfortable and exciting, perfect for fun nights with friends or a casual drink with great music in the background. The drinks here are truly the highlight! I absolutely fell in love with their KI NO TEA cocktail, unique, refreshing, and full of flavour. I also really enjoyed their jelly cocktail, which was such a fun and delicious twist to the usual bar drinks. The cocktail menu is creative and well-crafted, and everything we tried tasted amazing. The DJ deserves a shout-out too! The music playlist was on point all night, keeping the energy high without overwhelming the space. It created the perfect atmosphere to enjoy conversations, dance a little, or simply soak in the vibes. On top of that, the staff were friendly and attentive, making sure we were well taken care of throughout the evening. The service was smooth, the environment felt comfortable, and the overall ambiance made the night feel extra special. Whether you’re looking for a cozy spot to unwind after work, a place to celebrate with friends, or simply somewhere that guarantees great drinks and a great vibe, No.5 Emerald Hill is definitely worth a visit. Already excited for my next night out here!

have been patronizing this bar for many years and have always loved the vibe here. service is good and quick and i love the ambience. i can understand the price increments over the years, but sadly, the cocktails are not strong at all. i would still come back but just wished the drinks would be stronger. for first timers to this bar, be sure to try their flavored martinis! the watermelon one is my personal favourite!

A bar worth a visit. You can order peanuts for 2 SGD and just throw the remains on the floor but i was uncomfortable doing it so I just ask a container. Sapporo ice cold beer was good it knocks you out for an early sleep. I ordered fish ball but it was damn “malansa” - fishy to the point quite ichy to tongue. But the service is highly rated!

I went there in the noon, was really chill and love the music. Their jello drink is truly addictive! We had 6 glasses of it. Alcohol with jelly! Their chicken wings is one of the best I had, tasted like har cheong gai (prawns paste) chicken. Very crispy and juicy inside. 2 of us had 2 full trays. Their sotongball was nice too, made from cuttlefish, not commercialized texture. Love these!

Liked the decor here - great place to sit inside for a drink. The drinks came in pairs (for happy hour I think) but it meant if you wanted that deal, you'd need to order two yourself or you and your partner have the same drink. Otherwise you can order one but of course that seemed less economical. That was only slight downside. Otherwise we enjoyed the Singapore Sling that we had.

Good theme and atmosphere. Service is top notch, we requested cocktails off menu, the bartender Mr Dennis was able to help create if he has the ingredients. Truly professional. The bar snacks were above expectations as well, suggest to go for the wings. And if adventurous enough, do try their chili vodka, but I would suggest do it after your third round of drinks.
