Harry's Clarke Quay

Clarke Quay is a place of the past, and yet still not ready to move on with a new identity for the future. It is confused, as confused as the food that was served at Harry's. Lobster pasta with undercooked lobster. Shell was still black/grey. They did offer sth else on the menu, because apparently that was the last lobster they had? Nachos that are stuck to each other in a clump of salt. Avocado sandwich that was probably made by someone who doesn't know what a sandwich is. Floor in CQ just looks filthy, and it seems like the food establishments there just don't know how to be a pet-friendly spot. Learn how to adapt.

Service failed for the day I went with my furkid. The time I went in was late monday noon with Hot 🔥 🌞 sun shining on the outside sitting. The outdoor area that allows Pets are empty. However, the waiter assigned me a tall chair table which THE SUN IS STRONGLY ENOUGH TO B.B.Q US!! We seated for around 10 mins... feeling the HEAT 🥵 BURNING US, while I scan to place my food and beer order. I came here just specifically for their salad 🥗!! And beer! AFTER THAT, I requested a table slightly inside (still within the pets friendly area) so that we can enjoy our time there... But the waiter replied* "The next 2 tables inside cannot cause SECTION CLOSED!" THEN LEFT WITH NO CHOICE.. I CONTINUE TO HAVE MY LATE MEAL THERE ... BEING BBQ... DISAPPOINTED RIGHT??!! I HOPE MANAGEMENT CAN KINDLY LOOK INTO THIS!! THIS LACK OF SERVICE AND TREATMENT TO DINERS HAD NEVER HAPPEN TO ME AT DEMPSEY OR ELSEWHERE OF HARRY'S BRANCHES 🙄

Exceptional service here as my friends and I were served by John! He was extremely friendly throughout our experience huge shoutout! Drinks are amazing and the vibe here is really great, would come back again!

The food is fine, could be a bit better given the price: chicken lemongrass skewers is the best! Chicken wings is great. Fish & chips is okay. The burger is a letdown due to the bun. The fries in both latter dishes aren't great and can feel like not worth the calories TBH. The staff (John) is attentive. The food didn't take long to arrive. The atmosphere is nice, although 1) the chairs could be a bit more spacious, and 2) we were seated near the entrance, and we could hear music from a few other restaurants nearby, although some might prefer this kind of vibe.

I visited the outlet on a Friday during the Halloween period, 30 Oct 2025. Unfortunately we did not reserve in advance and original was given an outdoor table which was not preferred. Fortunately we managed to get an indoor table after some guests left, but it was near the bar and DJ area. Anyway it was still acceptable since its indoors. We experienced a slight hiccup as the manager initially only allowed us to redeem 1 Entertainer voucher but we had 4 pax, so it was supposed to be 2x 1 for 1 promo. Fortunately after clarification with management, we were allowed to redeem 2 vouchers. The food and service overall was great. Nice music and good vibes, we enjoyed our dinner and experience here. On the side note, my previous visit was on 23 Mar 2019 evening when I hosted 24 guests here to celebrate my ROM day with friends and at that time we were given 50% off (promo at that time) and we managed to secure the private area all the way inside. Great experience too.

Had a lovely lunch at Harry’s! Rendang – Absolutely delicious. The chicken was tender and flavourful, the coconut rice was perfectly balanced, and the achar added a refreshing touch. The egg completed the dish beautifully. Fish and Chips – The fish was a little dry, but the peas were great with a nice mix of mashed and whole peas. I liked that the salad was served separately, and the Japanese cucumber slices were a nice refreshing touch. A few baby tomatoes would make it even better. Rosemary Chicken – Great presentation, with perfectly cooked sweet potatoes and broccoli. The seasoning was flavourful, though the chicken itself was a bit dry. Special shoutout to David, whose excellent service made the experience even better. Overall, really impressed with the new menu and will definitely be back to try more!

A location with quite a bit of British and western influence in Clarke Quay :) Absolutely amazed by the friendliness of the staff!! I barely received such kind services in Singapore before, really wholesome! Me and my partner were visiting Harry’s on their 33rd Birthday celebration where they had an offer for 3.30$ a pint, of course we couldn’t say no! The staff was incredibly accommodating making sure we were happy and well received. We had the truffle fries as bites which tasted great as well! We wish the place lots of success moving forward, would definitely recommend :)
