Harry's Clarke Quay

Great place to hang out for a lunch and some cool drinks. The Sun can get pretty warm when you have to sit al fresco with pets. My dogs are very welcomed by our server John and he gave very good menu suggestions. We had the Chicken Nasi Lemak, Smoky Kurobuta Rice Bowl & Kids Burger O Cheese. Go for the Spice Fries / or Fish & Chips (although we didn’t order it this time, in order to try something different.) The food is good with just the rice seems a bit overcooked & meat patty quite dry. We did have to wait quite a while for the food to come. Alright if you are not in a hurry and is fine to hang out longer. The weather is very good and sunny and it gets cooler after 2pm. Very Happy to bring my dogs to Harry’s, always a pleasant experience to lunch / dine with my dogs there, Thank you.

John is very jovial. He treated the customers well and had created the ambient atmosphere. We enjoyed very much having our dinner in the restaurant. Keep up the good services, John.

Impeccable service by Abby who solely managed the front of house alone, taking care of multiple groups of diners without breaking a sweat.

The food was delicious, and John was very friendly and helpful. He recommended some great dishes for us and even provided warm water for our baby boy and us, which we really appreciated. Overall, we were very satisfied with our experience. Great food, a lovely environment, and excellent service. Highly recommended!

Clarke Quay is a place of the past, and yet still not ready to move on with a new identity for the future. It is confused, as confused as the food that was served at Harry's. Lobster pasta with undercooked lobster. Shell was still black/grey. They did offer sth else on the menu, because apparently that was the last lobster they had? Nachos that are stuck to each other in a clump of salt. Avocado sandwich that was probably made by someone who doesn't know what a sandwich is. Floor in CQ just looks filthy, and it seems like the food establishments there just don't know how to be a pet-friendly spot. Learn how to adapt.

Service failed for the day I went with my furkid. The time I went in was late monday noon with Hot 🔥 🌞 sun shining on the outside sitting. The outdoor area that allows Pets are empty. However, the waiter assigned me a tall chair table which THE SUN IS STRONGLY ENOUGH TO B.B.Q US!! We seated for around 10 mins... feeling the HEAT 🥵 BURNING US, while I scan to place my food and beer order. I came here just specifically for their salad 🥗!! And beer! AFTER THAT, I requested a table slightly inside (still within the pets friendly area) so that we can enjoy our time there... But the waiter replied* "The next 2 tables inside cannot cause SECTION CLOSED!" THEN LEFT WITH NO CHOICE.. I CONTINUE TO HAVE MY LATE MEAL THERE ... BEING BBQ... DISAPPOINTED RIGHT??!! I HOPE MANAGEMENT CAN KINDLY LOOK INTO THIS!! THIS LACK OF SERVICE AND TREATMENT TO DINERS HAD NEVER HAPPEN TO ME AT DEMPSEY OR ELSEWHERE OF HARRY'S BRANCHES 🙄
