I mostly based overseas and I know I got warmth friendly services elsewhere but skeptical in Singapore services... I came red tail almost every year once... This manager Mr Elvin has been consistently same top notch services with good knowledge. I bombarded him with food knowledge and drinks like sour plum bottle compositions etc.. He provided instantaneous answers .. His enthusiasm and outgoing nature is professional and fun loving .. Seems in tune how zonk management want every guests to ferl comfy .. However bespectacled young Chinese looking lady first image is rather like gloomy and solemn looking to be a server... She only brighten up with regular guests with bright smiles.. I got break some ice to make her smile to serve our table.. 😲... Contrast to manager Elvin smiles to everyone .. I ordered student price $5.00 ++ vodka cranberry to try.. I assumed the bartender will short change the drinks to diluted alcohol with only cranberry juice taste.. However, its standard pack and its generous alcohol flavour.. St Andrew bolo takes long time but worth the wait.. As pasta needly placed in mini casserole dish and baked to burnt cheese ends perfection with creamy base... Smashed burger is flavourful and sumptuous with loads of Fries with basil and real cheese 🧀... Good vibes even is playlist music and beer pongs students playing and fantastic sound system.. Many fashionable young people seems enjoy this hang outs Seems a place to drink loads of alcohol before heading to some disco bars..

Amazing service. They knew that I was on a call and the moment I took my earpiece off, they turned up the music 🎶 Where do you find service like these in Singapore 👌🏼 Smash burger is phenomenal 😩 Beef patties are tender, cheese is flavourful and well melted. Fries is perfectly fried, with melted cheese and pickles 🥒 Good sound system, ambience, and service. Just come and experience it and you will get what i mean 🙂

Redtail was really good and they have a very nice atmosphere. We ordered chicken wings and had a few cocktails. Highly recommend this place for quick friendly catch ups...

Free flow buffet but only have 2 bottles of whiskey for the WHOLE NIGHT and run out means run out. BUT WAS NEVER STATED IN THE MENU.

Just last friday, 4th july went to redtail with my friends for the second time. First was a good experience but the second was horrible. We walked in the bar and was immediately chased out by this staff lady i never saw the first time i went. Okay, understandable she was asking for our ID. But it could have been done in a much nicer manner. As i was standing near the bar/cashier area, my friend and i got shoved by her as well. No excuse me's, just acted like a very rude and arrogant person. My friend and i were both shocked at how she was the only was who was extremely rude the moment we walked in. Lastly, she was shouting at my friends and i to "get out" because there were more people coming in. We were not even blocking the entrance. Really ruined the mood for my friends and i that night and i hope redtail can do better.

Wanted to have dinner here last night around 7pm but didn't make reservation in advance. There were many empty tables but sadly all reserved, and we were offered a sofa seat if we have a minimum spend of $300. We didn't take up as we don't think we can hit the minimum spend. It would be great if they can also attend to walk in customers since the place was still quite empty when we walked in. In the end we went elsewhere. Was kind of disappointed. Best to reserve a seat in advance next time.
