One of the better yong tau foo spots I’ve had in a while, and definitely worth returning to. Came here a couple of times and tried quite a spread: the 4 pax platter, Meat Lover Set C, and the Traditional Yong Tau Foo Sets (B1 & B2). Honestly, everything was solid in its own way, no real misses. What really stood out to me were the carbs. The dry noodles were my personal favourite, tossed in a rich dark sauce and topped with fragrant fried pork lard… wah, super shiok. The braised pork fried bee hoon was a hit with my family, savoury, slightly smoky, and very comforting. Even the bee hoon soup was clean and flavourful if you prefer something lighter. As for the yong tau foo itself, all the pieces were very well done, nicely fried, not greasy, and the fillings were tasty. Highly recommend upgrading to the salted fish filling, it adds that extra umami punch that really elevates the whole dish. We also tried the preserved vegetables with pork belly and the abacus seeds. Both were decent and enjoyable, but compared to the yong tau foo, they didn’t quite steal the spotlight. Overall, a very satisfying meal. Good variety, comforting flavours, and done properly. Confirm will come back again 👍
