Beauty in The Pot 美滋锅 at The Star Vista

Visited Beauty in The Pot on Tuesday and had a very enjoyable dining experience. The food quality was good as expected, and the service standard was excellent throughout the meal. The staff were attentive and very prompt in their actions whenever we needed assistance. Orders were served quickly and the overall dining experience felt smooth and comfortable. We also managed to enjoy some discounts during our visit, which made the meal even more worthwhile. Overall, a great place for hotpot with reliable service and good food. Will definitely return again.

Had dinner at Beauty in The Pot 美滋锅 at The Star Vista recently, and it felt like a whole new place after their makeover. The renovation really brought a fresh vibe — more modern and contemporary in style, which gave the restaurant a livelier atmosphere. For a moment it felt like the space had shrunk, but I think it’s just the new layout; still comfortably spacious overall. Service was top-notch as always — attentive and friendly staff who made the dining experience smooth and pleasant. The ingredients were fresh and of excellent quality, but what really stood out (as it always does here) was the broth. Rich, flavorful, and full of depth — clearly a cut above your usual hotpot. A refreshed setting, superior broth, and consistently high standards — this is why Beauty in The Pot remains one of the go-to spots for hotpot cravings.

Had such a wonderful experience at BITP! From the moment my wife abd I walked in, the staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The service was impeccable, our table was very well attended to by Wee Kiat. Plates were cleared promptly, soup bases and water were topped up quickly, and the staff checked in just enough to make sure we had everything we needed. On top of that, the food was fresh and beautifully presented. Meat varietieswere great, the seafood incredibly fresh, and vegetables crisp. We had an incredible evening!

We used to go Vivocity outlet. But they changed the concept. So it’s our first time coming to this outlet. As always, the service is good! And the ingredients are fresh and of good quality. My mom loves the collagen soup, and the kampung chicken marinated in Chinese Wine. We ordered the Hokkaido scallops, else the bill will be cheaper. This outlet Aircon is strong. Just fyi.

I don’t know why I was so surprised by how much I enjoyed this hot pot. Everything was quality and they have free flow fried garlic to get the chicken broth even more flavorful. Great service on free flow drinks which is rare really. Spacious and relaxing experience with soft music. Wife almost went to sleep on me.

The staff are really friendly and know what they're doing. We hardly have to ask for anything, and it just happens. The food is good too. It's definitely up to BITP standards.

Restaurant just revamped. Modern and clean looking. Good service staff. The collagen broth never fails to deliver and it’s always flavorful. Tried the century egg fish paste and it’s not bad too. We particularly like the fried beancurd roll, fish tofu, pork platter and their fresh vegetables! There’s a mini play area, great for toddlers and little ones while waiting for their meal. Will head back again!

Everything was delicious as always. Loved the collagen broth and the tomato sweet corn broth. Don't feel ashamed to 'takeaway' the leftover broths and unfinished ingredients if you wish - good for a homecooked meal or two! Used the Paradise $50 off $100 birthday voucher so it was good value for money. Remember to stack with Kris+ if you have for extra miles.
