From the beginning, the seating arrangement was extremely disappointing. The seating provided was neither comfortable nor properly arranged, and it gave the impression that customer comfort was not a priority. This is not the standard I would expect from an establishment charging customers for a proper dining experience. The service provided by the waiter was even more concerning. His manner and attitude throughout the service were unprofessional and completely unacceptable. Staff representing your restaurant should be attentive, respectful and professional at all times. Unfortunately, that was clearly not the case during my visit. There was also a serious lack of attention to basic service procedures when our dish was served. The dish was placed on an inappropriate plate, and we had already taken a bite before the waiter decided that it needed to be changed to a smaller plate. This is something that should have been checked BEFORE the dish was brought to the table. Expecting customers to start eating and then having the dish changed afterwards is simply unacceptable and shows a clear lack of proper coordination and attention to detail. What is particularly frustrating is that these issues were not caused by an isolated mistake. The overall experience reflected poor service standards, poor attention to detail and a lack of professionalism. I expect the management to take this complaint seriously and investigate the incident, including the conduct of the waiter involved. I also expect an explanation as to why such basic service standards were not followed. I chose to dine at your establishment with the expectation of receiving a professional and satisfactory dining experience. Unfortunately, that expectation was not met.

Food was ok. Less oily and salty than other china restaurants. Children enjoyed. Place can get busy. 3 stars for service as staff did not remind to scan suntec app during payment.

Light is too dim. Can’t even take proper photo with shadowing over the pictures. Better watch out what type of part timer you employ. Last night (19th Sept, 8++pm) went to the Suntec branch restaurant for dinner. Your staff was especially rude. Not only they repeatedly ignore our enquiry, they even simply pass the dish we order right to our hand few times instead of placing on the table. 2 skinny boy in their teens, 1 dye hair and another wearing glasses and ear piercings talk and stare at us like gangsters trying to fight. I was so mad that I ask him anything wrong that I asking for a spoon for the desert. And it is when they see me getting flare up they then stopped their gangster behaviour. Better check up what kind of people you employ else I guarantee you will be out of business soon.

We had quite a spread, and everything felt comforting and homely. The Sichuan Pepper Cucumber was fresh and crisp with a nice zing, while the Jiangnan Steamed Shredded Chicken was tender and flavourful. The braised pork trotters were so soft and nicely braised too. I also enjoyed the steamed pork patty with water chestnut and lotus seed, as well as the winter melon pork rib soup. The Traditional Black Glutinous Rice is a must-try if you like soft and chewy desserts. The most fun dish was definitely the Calligraphy Brush Pastry, crispy pastry with red bean filling wrapped in seaweed, served with chocolate dipping sauce. We even had fun using it to practise our “calligraphy”! We ended with the chilled glutinous rice dessert with pine nuts, which was soft, comforting and not overly sweet. A nice choice for those who prefer lighter desserts, and I think it would be quite elderly-friendly too.

A disappointing experience at LONGJING Restaurant Terrible and Unacceptable Service. We were next in line and approached the lady at the front, who told us that we would have to wait 5 minutes. We complied and waited patiently, only to end up waiting more than 10 minutes while she proceeded to let 2–3 other groups of four go ahead of us. What made the situation even more ridiculous was that the app had already indicated that we were seated, despite the fact that we were still standing there waiting. When we finally confronted her about it, she appeared genuinely surprised that we had not been seated, which was astonishing given that she was the person managing the queue. The entire experience was disorganised, dismissive, and unnecessarily frustrating. There was not a single apology AT ALL.

Ambience & Crowd: We arrived at 5pm for dinner and the restuarant was already very packed. We had to queue for about 30mins. by 630pm they stopped taking queue, which shows how popular the place is. The business flow is really amazing. Service: The food was served quickly, as we were given 90mins to finish our meal. Food: We ordered 4 dishes and 2 drinks, which came up to 140+ The Dong Po Ru was tough and not nice. However the roast chicken was juicy and quite nice. Overall, the food taste is acceptable. Value: for 4 dishes and 2 drinks, the total bill was 140+ it's on the higher side, but considering the quality and popularity, it's still reasonable.

Visited Hangzhou recently and visited a branch of this restaurant frequently during my stay. Chanced upon this restaurant in Suntec and decided to have lunch here. Saturday queue was long but managed to get a table for 2 in 35mins. My favourite dish is the prawn vermicelli. Added a stewed taro with pork belly and claypot. The prawn vermicelli came with raw prawns and the server will steam it for 6mins using the canister gas stove. The eggplant and taro pork belly were good but a bit too oily. The prawns are fresh but this dish doesn't tasted the same as in Hangzhou. Service is average. My table was a temporary made shift table behind the front counter and space was bit cramped. Dampens my dining experience slightly. Overall food quality was above average. 2 stars rating because the video showed taro with pork belly and menu stated taro with pork belly. However, actual dish came with very measly amount of mince meat which I could hardly find. Questioned about the missing pork belly and the reply was simply "it's minced meat". Maybe will go again for another.
