No need to fly to Xiamen — Minnan flavours are now right here at Suntec City: LINKUS 临家 ！Well-known Minnan restaurant LINKUS 临家 has officially landed at Suntec City — and it’s bringing authentic Fujian flavours with it. Step inside and we are captivated by the elegant vibes. We tried a few of the recommended dishes. 🥢Quanzhou Wrapped Pork & Radish Rice 泉州封肉萝卜饭 $22.90 A Minnan classic. Radish rice was created during scarce times to stretch meals — and “caitou” (radish) symbolises good luck. Comfort food with meaning. 🦆 Quanzhou Ginger Duck 泉州黄金姜母鸭 $29.90 Rich ginger aroma, deeply warming and comforting. 🍲 Xiamen Satay Seafood 厦门沙茶海鲜锅 $39.90 (+$3 You Tiao) Fresh seafood in fragrant satay broth — savoury, slightly nutty, incredibly addictive. 🧊 Xiamen Tusundong Jelly 厦门土笋冻 $13.90 for 4 pieces, $3.50 per piece One of Xiamen’s most unique delicacies. A savoury jelly made from sea worms rich in natural collagen. One bite is better than ten face masks 😆. 🍊 Passion Fruit Juice Marinated Fruit Pulp 百香果汁浸果肉 $9.90 Sweet, tangy and super refreshing. Overall an enjoyable experience. Can't wait to come back to try other dishes.

Honestly the food is really good! But the service here needs a lot a lot of work… they see used tissue paper on the floor, they just left it there, nobody bothered to pick it up until 30 mins later.. that is worst than a hawker center.. I waited very long for my yusheng, they didn’t know yusheng has to be serve first… so some dishes was ready and place at the side till we have our yusheng… all the service crew can do is say sorry.. the service crew has no common sense when I went to pay the bill I actually left my bag on the table, they can push my bag to the side (bag owner did not sit there) and wiped the tables.. but they couldn’t take the bag and come to the cashier where I was paying.. I was nice enough to even informed the restaurant that I was undercharged so I did spend some time at the cashier waiting for them to check the weight of the fish!

Here on Day 1 of their operations….. their restaurant ops can be improved …. Their waiting staff kept forgetting about our asks … Chilly and vinegar never served. Food was good and generous ….

Perfect restaurant for hokkien cuisine! Food and atmosphere is perfect! Fresh and delicious. Understand it just open, so service can do better. Staffs are very friendly.

Nice ambience and great food. Meticulous service from the team as well. Will be back to try other dishes
