came back here for the second time because i genuinely could not stop thinking about their prawn broth after my first visit and somehow it tasted even better this round… visited the star vista outlet and thankfully there was no queue this time. if you’re coming here, the prawn broth section is 100% the star of the show and honestly the main reason to visit we tried a couple of appetisers first but they were quite average. the chilled silken tofu with century egg and chilled crunchy cucumber were both refreshing but pretty plain overall and not something i would reorder next time for the mains, the le signature trio shrimp ramen was soooo good and exactly how i remembered it. the broth is genuinely the highlight, super rich and flavourful but still really smooth at the same time. paired with the ramen noodles, big prawns, prawn dumplings and ebiko prawn paste balls, it just felt like the perfect bowl especially if you love prawns the braised pork rib shrimp ramen was also super yummy. the pork was insanely tender and fell apart so easily, and it paired really nicely with the prawn broth. definitely a good option if you want something more filling with proper meat as well we also tried the prawn dumpling shrimp ramen which was still really tasty and came with a lot of dumplings, but it got a bit gelat towards the end since there wasn’t much variety besides prawns. would still recommend if you’re a huge dumpling lover though overall, definitely a place i would recommend trying at least once because their prawn broth is seriously addictive. personally i’d skip the appetisers and go straight for the ramen and soup hehe

Mmmm... not bad! The shrimp broth was rich and flavourful, the noodles were springy, and the prawns were fresh. The food was enjoyable overall. The only downside was that the service wasn't very attentive...

Tried the set meal here and overall it was a decent experience. The ramen came with a rich and creamy broth, and the noodles had a good texture. The set also included a couple of small side dishes which complemented the meal nicely and made it feel more complete The restaurant itself is spacious and comfortable, with a modern interior that makes it a pleasant place to sit down for a meal The shrimp-based broth is quite distinctive. While it was well prepared, I personally found it a little unusual as I’m probably more used to pork-based ramen broths. That said, if you enjoy seafood flavours, you might appreciate it more

Never imagine that the chefs of Paradise group can concoct out such an amazing tasty Chinese stye Japanese ramen - Japanese pig bone stock soup mixed with a rich stock of prawn broth( made from baked prawn heads which are then grounded up finely n boiled . The ramen stock tastes like thick penang prawn mee soup. Must try to experience this dish. The cooks dressed up like a Japanese ramen shop but they serve you a delicious Rich umami prawn taste with the ramen prepared Japanese stye- topped up with big prawns , pork ribs etc. Highly recommend for those used to eating Japanese ramen but adventurous enough now to try one with a flavourful rich prawn taste 😝😝👍 The shop is call Le Shrimp Ramen .we tried the trio combinations of big prawns, prawn balls n prawn wantan . Can hve prawns with well prepared soft pork ribs as well. We ate this lunch time at Le Shrimp Ramen at Star Vista .Yummy yummy 😋 👍👍

tried the pork rib tonkatsu ramen and swapped the soup to the shrimp base, and it was pretty good! soup was flavorful, noodles was perfect, and the pork rib was tender and delicious, though i think there was too much fat. the prawn dumpling chilli ramen was decent but not great. it felt a bit dry and lacking strong flavours. i had to add more chilli oil for it to be more enjoyable. the pork chop was really good though, but quite a small portion. overall, the portions of both the noodles was very good. will definitely be back to try the other dishes!

Le shrimp left me very dissatisfied. Both the noodles were soggy and mushy. The flavor is no longer as delightful as it once was. I'm struggling to eat the noodles because of their soggy, mushy texture.

Part of the Paradise Group and tastes just as good as it's other branches. I tried the prawn dumpling in chili vinaigrette ramen and it was good. The dumplings were big and had prawns in it. I also made a change of the noodle type after ordering but the waitress was quick and helpful in allowing me to make the change.
