Quán Bún Bò huế cô My and cooking class

The food is nothing special, the place is dirty, but the attitude of the aunties here are the problem. When cleaning the table she sprayed the table cleaning liquid on the table but the fan behind here blow it to my face and she didn't even feel sorry about that. Asking here for a small bowl for my kids. Then she asked me served myself. won't come here again, there are many bun bo shop much nicer than this, cheaper than this everywhere in the cities. Don't waste your time, energy and money here.

I visited Quán Bún Bò Huế Cô My for both a meal and a cooking class experience, and it turned out to be a great choice. The menu is very focused, with only about four dishes to choose from, but that actually works in its favor—it feels like they really specialize in what they do. We came specifically to try bún bò Huế, and it did not disappoint. The broth had incredible depth of flavor—rich, aromatic, and clearly simmered with care. Everyone in my group really enjoyed it. The cooking class aspect made the experience even more memorable. It gave us a deeper appreciation for the ingredients and techniques behind the dish, which made eating it afterward even more satisfying. Overall, this is a great spot if you want an authentic, no-frills food experience with bold flavors, and even better if you’re interested in learning how it’s made.

Atmosphere, there was only one other table at the time. I went at 9:30am. Service, I was seated immediately. My noods arrived within 5 minutes of me ordering. Food: I ordered the Bun Luoi Bo. 40k Whenever I see beef tongue available, I always order it. If cooked well, it is buttery, beefy and delish. It was definitely done perfectly. You only get 4 think slices but it was definitely cooked perfectly. There was blood cake. It was firm but crumbles in your mouth. The broth seemed lighter than usual, but there are condiments on the table to modify your broth

Found this place by accident while googling for a breakfast spot. There was just me early at 11:00 AM enjoying this exceptional beef soup. They accepted my order immediately and I was savoring the dish within a 3 minutes after order. Soup with a beef tongue is super deli: hearty portion with rich broth, lot of meat and greens. I met the owner personally, she’s absolute fantastic woman who opened this place 6 years ago. If you want to taste something remarkable at a great price - you have to pay a visit to this place ❤️

The restaurant has nice decorations of lanterns and the kind lady always helps with a seat and turns on the fans to make sure you are comfortable. The beef noodles are super delicious, tender meat and big portion.

Friendly environment. Delicious broth & tongue. Would have given 5-stars if cleaner atmosphere.

I am here right now and just had Bun Bo Hui with Beef Tongue, I am not expert on traditional Vietnamese food, but I am a foodie, and this was so darn good, I just ordered another. People show up because the rating and leave because maybe not the atmosphere they are looking for, too bad because this is the best noodles soup I have ever tasted.

Really really bad and expensive. Dissapointed
