I am leaving this review for reference for my next visit to Da Nang. During my previous visit to Hanoi, I went crazy after eating pho at Pho 10 and searched for a similar taste, but I couldn't find anything like it. I heard this place is one of the top three pho restaurants in Hanoi, so I tried it near Han Market and also in Hoi An, but I gave up because the spices kicked in at the end. But I don't know why this place is different, even though it's the same chain. You can consider it almost identical to Korean galbitang (beef rib soup). However, the noodles are a bit flimsy, and the meat is a bit tough, which is a slight disappointment, but I think it is the closest to authentic Hanoi-style pho. (It is a Hanoi pho chain, after all. Haha.) I went in trusting the recommendation because it seemed like a lot of package tour groups were there, and as expected, it seems to suit Korean palates well. The restaurants visited by package tour groups are generally delicious and generally well-liked.
