Phở Thìn Hồ Nghinh

We decided to try traditional Pho Bo soup for the first time and found this place on Google Maps that specializes in this traditional Vietnamese dish. We initially ordered one serving for two, but after the first try, we ordered a second serving. My wife and I were very pleased! 👍🏼 The soup was delicious! The service was fast, as was the serving. We didn't have to wait at all. The place itself is very clean. And the staff works very well together. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 We loved everything! 🫶🏼

Attempted rip-off. We ordered two Sot Vang for 80,000 Dong each and received a completely watered-down broth instead of the thick, rich red wine broth. The pastry was also missing. Despite this, they still demanded full payment. After a lengthy discussion, they deducted one meal fee. Never again. Try the other options from this restaurant chain instead.

Excellent pho bo, lots of meat and greens, rich broth, perfect noodles, pickled garlic, homemade red hot sauce, and fish sauce. It was fully booked at 9 a.m., so the wait for food was about 10 minutes. Tax isn't included in the price; they add 8% to the bill. I'd love to come back to try different types of pho bo 💓

The beef brisket and beef noodle soup had a mild beef flavor, but the beef marbling was clearly visible, and the overall taste was acceptable. There were three or four waiters at the restaurant, with one seemingly acting as a trainee to serve customers. I believe there are better options nearby.

The broth base, the beef, the visuals, and the taste all give me the exact feeling of eating Galbitang. Maybe that's why I keep comparing it to Korean Galbitang, so I feel like the taste falls a bit short... It might be different for everyone, since it's supposed to be a famous restaurant... Personally, I think the local-style pho is better. The portions are large.

The pho was delicious, the broth was sweet and flavorful, and the beef was tender and aromatic. The restaurant was clean and the service was fast. Deserves 5 stars! I will definitely come back often.

For me, this is the best pho I've had in Da Nang, and I've tried many. The broth is so delicious, and all the ingredients are always fresh. I come almost every day and don't even have to order anymore. They bring my pho tai to me. Great service!

So far, this is the best pho we’ve tried in Da Nang. We ordered PHƠ SƯỜN CẦY ĐẶC BIỆT – Special Pho with whole ribs and PHƠ Tai Bắp - Pho with rare beef shin shank. The rib pho had a much more meaty, bold, and “rustic” flavor — my husband absolutely loved it and was really impressed. I had the PHƠ Tai Bắp, and the taste was simply impeccable. Clear broth, but still very meaty taste. The broth was rich, flavorful, and beautifully clear — exactly what you want from a great pho. Everything tasted very balanced and comforting. I wouldn’t say it was the best pho in my life, but it’s definitely the best pho we’ve had in Da Nang so far. Highly recommended
