Dining at The Open Farm Community is a truly refreshing experience that celebrates simplicity and quality. The freshness of the ingredients stands out immediately, each dish is thoughtfully prepared using farm-to-table produce, with no unnecessary artificial flavours, allowing the natural taste of the ingredients to shine. Every bite feels honest and nourishing, perfectly complemented by the serene, garden-inspired atmosphere. It’s a space where you can slow down, savour your meal, and genuinely appreciate the connection between food and nature. What makes the experience even more satisfying is the value for money… the quality, portion, and overall dining journey are well worth the price. A wonderful place to enjoy wholesome food, beautiful surroundings, and meaningful moments. Highly recommended for those who appreciate clean eating, great ambiance, and thoughtfully curated dining experiences.

Not your typical brunch spot — here is part restaurant, part urban farm, and 100% wholesome vibes 🌱✨ You can literally see where your greens come from — edible garden out front = chef’s kiss The space is lush, wrapped in greenery with rustic wooden accents. Sandpit, mini playground, swings, garden seating — perfect for fams or chill weekends 🪴🌞 Alfresco terrace, ping pong table, and semi-open kitchen let you watch the chefs while sipping your coffee ☕ What We Tried 🥖 OFC Farm Bread – fresh sourdough & focaccia with house-flavoured salted butter. Warm, crusty, perfect start. 🍅 Burrata – creamy burrata with charred grapes, tomato jam, San Daniele ham & pine nuts — sweet, salty, silky heaven. 🔥 Beef Tongue Yakitori – tender, smoky, glazed with mirin and a hint of bak kut teh spice. Total umami bomb. 🍳 Shakshuka – rich spiced tomato sauce with sous vide eggs & herb feta, served with sourdough. Comfort food with a Mediterranean twist. 🍄 Spanish Omelette – loaded with local mushrooms & drizzled with mushroom XO butter — earthy, buttery goodness. 🍝 Creamy Mushroom Mafaldine Pasta – luxurious, creamy, packed with umami. Pecorino = perfect tangy finish. 🍗 Smoked Whole Sakura Chicken – juicy & aromatic, thyme jus, crispy skin, chilli relish on the side, served with fluffy Niigata rice. 🥞 Buttermilk Pancake – soft, golden, topped with banana brûlée & BBQ banana ice cream (yes, BBQ!) with soy sauce meringue twist. ☕ Deconstructed Tiramisu – layers of Kahlua sponge, mascarpone foam & coffee jelly — light but indulgent. 🍋 Lemon Meringue Pavlova – zesty key-lime mousse, caramelised lemon ice cream, and milk chips? Chef’s kiss. 🥥 Drinks – Kaya Toast Latte (iced) = creamy, toasty, nostalgic. Also a solid hot cappuccino to round things off. The garden-to-table concept is refreshing and genuinely inspiring 🌱. Food’s delish, plating’s beautiful — perfect for brunch dates, fam outings, or chill catch-ups. Expect lots of pets, kids, and good vibes all around 🐶👨👩👧👦💫

We recently held our wedding at Open Farm Community, and it was truly one of the best decisions we made. Our guests were delighted with both the food and the service. The focaccia bread, mains, and fruit juices (especially the ginger beer and mango mint) received countless compliments. We were very worried about mosquitos because of our experience during rehearsal, but the team lit mosquito coils and the problem was reduced with the help of simple mosquito repellants. Many guests shared that the celebration felt like a warm gathering and thoroughly enjoyed themselves. A special mention goes to Chris and Nino, who were incredibly responsive to our queries and ensured the venue was well-maintained and fully stocked so that our guests had the best experience possible. If you’re looking to host a cozy and intimate wedding, we highly recommend reaching out to the team at Open Farm Community!

We came on friday night, the restaurant was quite busy, at least 80% filled up. The $1 oysters deal is so good and they are fresh oysters. Quality of main dishes are also good. Organise wine - was allright. Not our cup Of tea but priced reasonably not crazy high. Unfortunately they were a little short staff that evening hence a lot of waiting for order or inquiries. I noticed that one of the serve may be special needs adult. This is amazing to know Open Farm Community truly embedded diversity and inclusion in their recruitment. Overall, we are happy with the friday night dining experience

It was my first visit to the place, being invited for a wedding. The atmosphere was great for a cosy wedding. Food was good in terms of presentation and ideas. Loved the scallops! The purée was something that I encounter for the first time. I think the kitchen was not very prepared for a huge human volume like a wedding setting. When the 2nd dish was served, I ate one scallop before remembering to take pic. Haha. Food portion was smaller than expected. Or maybe I was too hungry.

I haven't been here in a long time, but this place remains as lovely as ever, situated near the Botanic Gardens. It’s a little sanctuary if you’re not fond of the busy Dempsey Hill area. The female staff were very kind and attentive; she kept coming back to refill our drinks. The bartender, especially when serving the drinks, took the time to explain what each one was. We had a meal for four, and we ended up sharing most of it among the four of us.

Nestled in Dempsey area and surrounding by lush gardens. Open Farm Community is the right place for birthdays, get together and any celebrations. The management is attentive, and the wait staff very helpful. Service is good, food is good and the 1 dollar Oysters are a must. Freshly shucked and served plentiful. Good wine selection and atmosphere. Like and follow for more amazing places to see and visit around the World

Been wanting to try this place for a while and finally did, it did not disappoint. The Wagyu beef burger was one of the best we’ve had, the pulled pork eggs Benedict was rich and satisfying, and the burrata? An explosion of flavours in every bite. The space is bright, airy, and has a feel-good vibe that made the whole experience even better. Will be back!
