Managed to get a table for 5 on a Sunday at 5pm without any issues — the place was relaxed and had a pleasant atmosphere. The mains menu is fairly limited, and while portions are generous, the food was average overall. The Japanese Chicken Curry Sando had an impressive chicken portion, but the meat was on the tough side. The Balinese Salsa Chicken with rice was decent but nothing memorable. My sister and brother-in-law ordered the aglio olio and beef don — the aglio olio was apparently the standout of the meal, while the beef in the don was tough. Do note that payment is via QR code only — no credit card payments accepted. A nice enough spot to hang out over coffee, but I’d probably skip the mains on a return visit.

Lovely evening and great service and patience by Don, I thought he was the owner as he served with 100% heart. Thank you! Some notes for improvement: 1. Toys were old and broken - really could use a refreshment. Slide was really fun tho! 2. Playmat was sticky and had lots of hair. 3. Would appreciate maybe a pasta option in the kids menu instead of fried food. 4. No ice in juice pretty pls. Overall we still enjoyed and will still be back.

Very family friendly café and very dog friendly. My dog loved the pet bento and the outdoor patio was well shaded and quite cool. Food portions are big, taste was so-so. Kids menu only fried food like nuggets and fries. They have a small indoor play area but toys are quite old and playmat is sticky. Very safe space for kids and dogs. Parking is easy to find but need to download an app (Parking@HDB) before going. There is a child-sized toilet outside the café that me and my child got excited by 😂. There is a pet friendly lift access and playground downstairs. Also saw some claw machines upstairs but haven't had time to explore. Will definitely visit again!

I really wanted to give this place another chance because I’ve dined here before and always felt it was on the pricey side, but unfortunately this visit confirmed my earlier experience. I ordered the steak & eggs, and the dish was quite disappointing. The meat did not resemble a proper steak cut and came in uneven, very fatty chopped pieces instead. One piece was noticeably undercooked inside, which made it quite off-putting. I’ve attached a photo of what was left on the plate — this was not just about presentation, but the overall quality and doneness. For the price point, the portion and standard didn’t match expectations. That said, service was genuinely great. My coffee order was initially made with the wrong milk even though I paid extra for oat milk, but when I approached the staff, they changed it immediately without hesitation. I would have given 1 star based on the food alone, but I’m giving 2 stars purely because of the service.

Thankful for the passable vegan menu. The no chicken katsu sando was brilliant, and dishes like pasta was customisable. Beautiful surroundings and cosy atmosphere.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ | Cozy Pet-Friendly Spot with Tasty but Pricey Western Dishes One of the few pet-friendly cafés around that also serves solid Western food, and the atmosphere is definitely a big plus. It’s a comfortable place to relax with your pet, and the staff are welcoming and attentive. The food is delicious and nicely presented, but the portions are on the smaller side considering the price. Still, it’s a great spot if you’re looking for somewhere cozy to enjoy a meal without leaving your furry friend at home. A bit pricier than expected, but overall a pleasant experience worth revisiting.

Came the other day. Me and my dog both loved the place. Great vibes. Food and drink just so-so, i love it so much that i don’t want to say anything bad But i sadly have a personal commitment to honest and unbiased reviews so i have to comment that the communication is really poor and their ordering system is a turn off not only is it so badly interfaced, it’s also plain rude. You order everything and then you’re told you’ve got a solid 4 mins 59 seconds to pay money now quite literally demanding paynow from you to confirm the order. No payment options, no extra time, no requesting a waiter.

Had a nice visit at Well Collective over the weekend with our chill dog. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Food was okay for us, quite subjective. Was worried after reading reviews about the patio being warm, but it was actually quite comfortable that day. Cleanliness was also good and definitely better than some other dog-friendly cafes we had visited.
