Very nice people and if you have pets the sitting area is outside, with ceiling fans and despite us going at the hot midday timing, it was nice with the fans, and the awning definitely shields so we could enjoy the delicious food comfortably. There are water bowls and tap conveniently located and there’s a small but nice park just to the right of this place. The doggy received a free treat too. The waiter bothered to swop a chair with a backing when he noticed my 90 year old mom. I saw cars stopping by to do takeaways and people popping in to buy bread too.

This space is quiet and cosy, the ideal place to relax and catch up while taking a pause from our hectic daily work life. The staffs are friendly and attentive to our requests, and the food is definitely value for money. Compared to other pet-friendly dining spots, W39 stands out with its comprehensive menu and wide variety of choices; there is truly something for everyone, whether you’re craving savoury dishes or satisfying your sweet tooth. Even for pets, there are protein options available, so every dog has something to enjoy! We also loved the little nostalgic touches — old-school games and snacks that brought back childhood memories, along with a small shopping corner for hobbyists and pet owners. Our pets were gifted treats, and complimentary pet bowls were provided to keep them hydrated in our humid Singapore weather. We can’t wait to share this wonderful place with all our pet-owner friends — W39 truly deserves the love and support!

Tucked in cosy corner of landed property near west coast area. Cafe has a retro deco vibe with gives a cozy and nice ambiance. Plenty of outdoor seatings, cool and well shaded. Cafe is pet friendly which is a bonus for us as dog pawrents who is always looking out for cafes to dine together with our furkids ! Food was flavorful and well-presented. Staff was attentive and friendly which added to the dining experience. Overall had a great and enjoyable dining experience. They even served dog ice-cream which the furkids love it. I look forward to come again. Summary of what we ordered Starters: Signature crab cakes Fried Calamari Mains: Festive set - meat platter Crabmeat Rice with Seabass (spicy) Salmon with baby scallop risotto Desserts: Red wine poach pear with vanilla ice-cream Cakes - Yuzu and chocolate cake

My wife and I visited this bistro over the weekend. Although it's located in a landed residential area, it's surprisingly convenient—close to the bus stop and main road, making it easy to access. The menu is extensive, offering a good mix of breakfast items, pastas, and local favourites like laksa and nasi lemak. I ordered the "Nuts to Meet You," which was rich and nutty—just the way I like it. My wife had the gula melaka matcha, which had a nice flavour but was a bit too sweet for our taste. We tried two starters: the crab cake and the salmon baguette. Both were very enjoyable. The crab cake was juicy, not oily, and had a strong crab flavour that paired well with the chilli crab sauce. The salmon baguette was crispy without being too hard or chewy. We also shared the Big Breakfast. It was nicely done overall—the sourdough bread was great, though the chicken sausage wasn’t quite to our liking. All in all, it’s a lovely bistro with a cosy vibe, and we’d be happy to return to try more items from their menu.

Ordered takeout on a Sunday night. Food arrived pretty quickly and was packed nicely. Highly recommend trying their sourdough bread. We all loved it. Soup of the day (tomato), pasta and mussels were pretty good by cafe standards. Fried calamari was under-seasoned and the batter was kinda lackluster so skip that. The cake was a bit of a hit or miss as well. The eggless pistachio tasted like a crumbly cream cheese carrot cake, no pistachio cream and barely any of that nutty fragrance. The yuzu lavender was a lot better. Def room for improvement on the whole but considering the price, hard to complain.

This place is known mostly to regulars as it is pretty obscure. They are pet friendly, if you don't mind sitting outdoors. Indoors, the place is nicely decorated and air-conditioned which some tables and bar counter seats. I have been here on a number of occasions and found their food nice and tasty. Prices are reasonable and more importantly, the service is friendly and prompt, which kept me coming back. I liked their cakes too and between 6 to 9pm, you can buy them at a 30% discount.

Attentive crew, delicious brunch and we ordered Eggs Benedict on Saturday morning. Crew brought stools for our bags after we were ushered to table inside, without us requesting which is a nice gesture. Eggs not overly poached and sourdough was crispy with Hollandaise Sauce

Love, love, love this place. A place where I’ve never seen Muslims reject dogs instead, they truly love and respect them. That alone already makes it such a special space. The vibes are on point, service was patient and super friendly, and since it’s so near my shop, I guess I’ll be here very often 😝 Bonus: free cookies for all pups 🐾🍪 How can not love? LOVE THEIR TRUFFLE FRIES TOO!
