Very nice and cosy place for desserts and drinks. I’m amazed by the wide variety of desserts hot or cold with local theme. Taste well it’s ok but for dine in it’s worth it. Also quite quiet and peaceful for a Sunday night. Will definitely come again to try out more flavour!

Cozy place to relax. Have a cup of coconut shake. They have special desert here like chendol. Staff is very polite.

Service was quick and totally recommend the shaved ice! Only thing missing would be milk and it would be amazing!

Specifically checked online to make sure we were within opening hours before making a trip down to their Downtown East (Pasir Ris) outlet, only to find the whole outlet was closed down and the Google listing was not updated by the business. The next day, we made a trip down to the Punggol One outlet and arrived at 9pm only to be told there is no more shaved ice dessert available. This is the second time this has happened at this outlet. Extremely disappointing and won’t be bothering to make a third trip down.

I think they change staff... the Malay staff was being lazy using her phone I called her when I needed help... still using her phone.. she was using phone all the time full of excuses... your boss hire you to work not to use phone when customers need help... very disappointed... then nvm service line I just asked the take away Cup she unwilling to help me ... simple thing.... they are paid to do... it's okay.. I can do it myself... pls train your staff to be professional... they are being paid to do their jobs not throw ball small matters run away like its a joke... customer solve the problem themselves ... then why hire staffs for? simple things cannot do... very disappointed not coming back .. company do until so big but staff tsk smh
