Delicious ice cream however owner could pls improve on the sitting ambience? Patrons who spent monies on premium ice cream do not wish to share seat with those pungent odour smelling folks or weirdos taking up the seat without purchasing anything from your store. Instead, these weirdos were drinking sodas and consuming other foods at your premise ! Why doesnt these pungent odor smelling weirdos sit at foodcourt or next door restaurants instead? That is absolutely because you left your shop’s layout and Q-pole in a loose manner with opening resulting in these unwanted guests to share seats with your genuine customers. I am giving you 1 star until you fix this issue. Your staff dont care at all and the store manager is absolutely useless and clueless in handling this matter !

Azmi was very patient, helpful and kind with helping me make a decision with my choice of ice cream flavour; he takes the initiative to make recommendations without being prompted. He is a textbook example of an excellent service staff member. No wonder the business at this outlet is brisk, due in no small part to Azmi's display of hospitality. I had the peach rose sorbet and it had a natural sweetness, i.e. not the cloying kind that excessive sugar gives, that rounded off very nicely and cleanly with a discernible, elegant hint of rose that lingers in the mouth. Having tried a few flavours, the roasted sesame and strawberry basil are nice too. Can't quite taste the fig in the vanilla fig and the white chrysanthemum had no notes of chrysanthemum at all. Kudos to them for using stainless steel spoons for sampling as well. A single scoop will set you back at $5.5, or the price of a meal at the nearby Kopitiam, though.

Had a wonderful experience at Birds of Paradise Gelato Vivo! Nayli and Elsa were incredibly patient while we took our time choosing and sampling different flavours. They happily let us try a few options, explained each flavour, and even recommended which combinations went best together. Their friendly service made the whole experience so enjoyable. The gelato was delicious, and thanks to their recommendations, we ended up with the perfect pairing. Excellent customer service and amazing gelato—I’ll definitely be coming back for more. Highly recommend!

I really love ice cream, so I decided to visit this shop after seeing it advertised frequently on Facebook. I ordered the Midnight Gianduja, a chocolate and pistachio flavor that was new to me. It had a pleasant pistachio taste paired with rich dark chocolate, although the chocolate wasn’t overly bitter. I also sampled the Lychee Raspberry and the Dark Chocolate Sorbet. The ice cream was smooth and creamy, not very sweet , but for my preference, it wasn’t quite rich enough. I would say it’s more suitable for people who enjoy a light to moderately creamy texture rather than something intensely rich. Overall, the flavors were enjoyable, but they didn’t leave a strong impression or bring any real surprise to me. While it was a decent ice cream experience, it wasn’t memorable enough to become a favorite. To add more, portion is quite small compared to the price.

Great location - Located right outside of the mrt exit from harbourfront mrt into vivocity. One of the best ice cream shops in Singapore, if not the best. There’s usually a signature herbaceous fragrance from the waffle cone in their shops but since this branch is open air, the scent is not obvious Great variety of interesting flavors to choose from. All of the flavors are of high quality, and it’s really tough to decide what to eat! Best to look through available flavors in advance to shortlist what you’d like to try in order to not hold up the queue!

Ordered the pistachio cone, it did not disappoint!
