Mr. Coconut (Waterway Point)

My usual spot for a coconut shake fix. The flavour has been consistent over the years, and I still rate it as the best coconut shake I’ve had so far. Service can be slow at times, but at least it no longer has the long, snaking queues it did when it first opened.

It's delicious and has a great texture. I come here often. Members can get a free milk tea during their birthday month. The staff are also very friendly. 👍

everything was good until i drank the drink , i ordered coconut shake with coconut ice cream . when i first drank it i already felt there was something wrong in the drink it made my tongue tingle and i am certainly not allergic to coconuts or anything , i think something fell inside of my drink . please double check your drink before serving it to customers . my tongue still has that tingling feeling

Having a self-service order and payment kiosk would make one think that it would free up the staff to prepare drinks more efficiently, but no... 4 staff all behind yhe counter "making drinks", and yet took 20mins to settle 1 order. The queue wasnt even that long; it became v long simply because of the extremely slow fulfilment of orders. Pls either look into your operations flow or hire more staff.

Sorry. I made a purchase. And gave the wrong rating in the system and gave it "could be better instead". The staffs are excellent. Please pardon them.
