Actually, the dishes aren’t really tailored to Chinese palates, especially for those from Guangdong and Guangxi. The sour butter sauce is the recurring theme throughout the meal. It tastes amazing on the first bite, but it becomes overwhelmingly rich after three or four main courses, particularly for us Cantonese/Guangxi diners. That said, I can clearly feel the chef’s formidable skill. He has pushed certain culinary techniques and dining experiences to perfection. It just wasn’t quite to my personal taste. After I explained this to the floor manager, they quickly and proactively adjusted our menu. I did plenty of research before coming here. Overall, the flavours were quite unexpected. We happened to visit right as they rolled out their new menu. Service was thoughtful and attentive throughout. Maybe next time I’ll try the wine pairing. Thank you to every single staff member

Odette delivers the whole experience beautifully — gorgeous surroundings, impeccable service and food that is as much about precision as it is about pleasure. Every course felt thoughtful, beautifully balanced and full of little surprises, without ever becoming overly complicated or theatrical. The service deserves a special mention. Attentive, warm and genuinely engaging — exactly what you hope for at this level of dining. Nothing felt forced, and somehow the entire evening flowed effortlessly. And then there’s the food. Elegant, refined and incredibly delicious. The kind of cooking where you can appreciate the technique, but ultimately you just want to keep eating because it tastes so damn good. A truly memorable evening at one of Singapore’s finest tables. 5 stars, no hesitation. Chef Julien and his team absolutely nailed it.

What a wonderful evening at Odette's! The place is simply elegant and has a truly magical atmosphere! From the very first moment, we were greeted with kindness, professionalism, and warm smiles! Everyone who looked after us was more than pleasant and competent. In short, exceptional service. And the food... what more can be said than what the Michelin stars have already said?! It was fabulous, with magical flavors and unexpected yet perfectly executed combinations. We had a perfect dinner in a wonderful setting with a relaxed yet inviting atmosphere. The staff deserves a lot of credit, a huge thank you to them all, and especially to Dan, who took such wonderful care of us and introduced us to the team! A big thank you to Chef Royer, who also took the time to chat with us for a few minutes and give us a tour of his kitchen. It was a wonderful evening! My partner surprised me with a birthday and anniversary celebration at Odette, and it was a truly memorable experience. The restaurant was beautiful, and I loved the thoughtful table layout as there was no chance of an awkward “armpit-in-your-face” situation from servers. The food was beautifully plated and delicious. We also opted for the wine pairing, which I thoroughly enjoyed, especially because each wine came with an interesting story that complemented the dishes. Overall, Odette is a wonderful choice for special celebrations, and they even prepare a thoughtful keepsake to make the occasion extra memorable.

I booked this place immediately when it was open for booking for the date I wanted and indicated it’s for a Birthday celebration. Bday cake is available at additional charge and had to be ordered 2 days prior. I didn’t keep track of it and the reservations team didn’t ask if I wanted a cake when confirming dietary. However, they managed to make one for me on the day hours before my reservation. We had some hits and misses with the dishes. Caviar, bafun Uni, soup and dumplings were fantastic. They had selection of pastries and their butter was interesting. Foie gras in a BKT-inspired soup and pigeon? Not a fan. The wine selection was extensive and i enjoyed the walkthrough by the sommeliers. Service was personable, but can be improved on the finesse, sometimes they talk too loud. We were lucky to be given a table away from the rest, the layout is a bit strange. Glad to have experienced Odette.

Truly the meal of a lifetime! One of if not the best fine dining experience we have ever had! Worth every penny, a must-go when in Singapore! They went out of the way to make our anniversary and my birthday incredible! Massimo was so kind & took great care of us but the entire staff was impeccable! We traveled all the way from Los Angeles and Odette was the highlight of our time in Singapore!

Was here on saturday afternoon for an important life milestone. Our 4th Michellin starred restaurant. While branded as French, it is closer to fusion with a lot of asian cuisine characteristics and some molecular gastronomy. We opted for 6 course meal with drinks pairing and they do adjust the menu for pregnant wife. I personally love the pigeon (which is their flagship dish) and the wife loves their truffle onion mille-feuille. Food presentation was good, chef personally serves use a dish. Like Susana balbo (fresh, fruity) and lapsang souchong kombucha. Service from crews and sommelier was exceptional. Food pacing was a bit rushed towards the end but otherwise we left extremely full :).
