CHAGEE YIH

Meaningful collaboration between Chagee and the deaf community. Everything in this store is amazing from the soft acoustic environment to the calm energy. We’ll definitely come again soon.

The tea smell here is amazingg and lovely staff :))

Really love the concept behind this CHAGEE outlet at NUS, which is dedicated to creating an inclusive space for the deaf community. ❤️ The staff are incredibly dedicated, friendly and professional. Even though communication is different, you can really see how efficiently and confidently they work together. It’s genuinely heartwarming to see their passion and professionalism, and the whole experience feels calm, welcoming and meaningful. 🫶🏻 A wonderful initiative and definitely an outlet worth supporting!

“Signing Store” concept .The NUS outlet is Southeast Asia’s first signing store and the Staffed entirely by deaf and hard-of-hearing baristas . Created in partnership with organizations like SG Enable and SADeaf This makes it more than a drink shop—it’s also a social inclusion initiative.

Friendly and helpful staff. Chill and relaxing location. Just needed to learn to have a bit of patience and adjust my own mindset about how to engage with them. Thank you to Victor for his kind help with my misplaced order. Look forward to coming back when I have free time.

love thank you team for the efficiency

This store uses hand signals for ordering. Like other stores, you order through their app. The service was smooth.

This is one of my favourite Chagee stores! The employees are really kind and efficient, even when it's busy. Plus the store ambiance is quite nice so it's a good spot to study, hang out with friends or read a book.
