One of my favourite salad places because of the huge variety of vegetables available! I love that there are so many different ingredients to choose from, so the salads never feel boring. Another huge bonus is that you can check the macros on their website, which makes it so much easier to track what you’re eating. Definitely one of my go-to salad spots!

came here after my pilates class next door (i notice that there are so many gyms & fitness spots at the basement!) -- perfect for a salad bar! the portions are generous, it was $13.80 for my salmon bowl (a choice of 2 bases- including pasta, 4 toppings- they have many options of hot & cold toppings, 1 main protein & sauce) salmon was good & the tofu was good as well enjoyed my meal 😋

For $10 plus you get two mains (I chose brown rice and fusilli), 4 sides (I chose kimchi, broccoli, achar and sous vide egg) and one protein (lean chicken I think). Surprised to see that got achar choice and I love it! One feedback would be the sous vide egg can improve as it’s not as yolky and creamy. The portion wise I would say it’s really good and filling. Kudos to the staff service too! Very friendly!

Went down to purchase last week. Around 1.30pm-2pm. Staff mentioned that the only proteins are left on the display, and I quote, she “ask me to see for myself” and kept repeating the same when I tried to ask if there is duck meat. I am not a frequent customer so I do not know what you have left. All I know is I am allowed to select 2 base as I bought before. So I said I wanted 2 portion of brown rice. Subsequently she asked 2 brown rice. I admit I was confused so I said yes and she gave me 2 bowls of brown rice. That’s when I know I misunderstood and I corrected that I want 2 portion of brown rice in the same bowl (isn’t that the usual process or has the process change?) but the subsequent tone from her was the triggering point. She commented: “so it’s one bowl lah. I asked you what.” Then why in the first place did you give me the option of splitting the 2 base into 2 bowls? All these while was 2 base in 1 bowl mah. My friend, who wanted to order was behind me, was triggered at her attitude and left the queue while I continued. Maybe the staff was having a bad day but then don’t show it to innocent party me like leh. And Seems like the portion got ALOT smaller. Previous few purchases were filling up to the brim. Damn sad. Maybe the staff just buay song me

Went in at around 7pm on a Sunday, and they had ran out of a few things, but the food was delicious. The man who worked there was so nice and friendly, he made my day! Also it's in the basement if you can't find it

I would like to provide some constructive feedback based on my recent visits. I enjoy the concept of your healthy meals and have been a returning customer. However, I’ve noticed a decline in both the dining experience and food quality. Firstly, on multiple occasions, I observed staff using their mobile phones to play games while there were no customers to attend to. While I understand there may be quiet periods, this creates an unprofessional impression and gives customers the feeling that service is not a priority. Secondly, the food quality has become inconsistent. For example, the beef was served cold during my recent visit, and the overall standard did not meet the quality I had experienced previously. Lastly, the customer service could be improved significantly. The staff often appear unfriendly, unapproachable, and unwilling to engage with customers. The overall atmosphere feels cold and unwelcoming, making it seem as though customers are an inconvenience rather than being valued. A more positive attitude, greater flexibility, and warmer interactions would make a meaningful difference to the overall dining experience. I’m sharing this feedback because I genuinely like your restaurant and hope to see it maintain the quality and service that encouraged me to return in the first place. I hope this feedback is taken constructively and helps improve the experience for future customers.

As a regular customer, I have noticed many things to improve: - staff dont remember what goes in their default menu bowls - they often run out of ingredients, even basic ones like rice (surely it is not that difficult to use 2 rice cookers) - when they dont have ingredients, they dont inform you straight away - portions are on the small side - staff attitude is very average
