I went to "The Cliff" with my friends to celebrate our birthdays as a group. The service was impeccable, our heartfelt gratitude to Guna, Nadia, Rey and Wilson, especially for taking polaroid photographs of us and giving us a copy each to commemorate the occasion. Chef Jenzen prepared our meals and it was a culinary delight for all of us. The ingredients were fresh, the taste was balanced and very savoury; it was truly a gastronomical indulgence which pleased our collective palate. If our stomachs were not as filled as it they were, we would have certainly ordered and eaten more! It was a splendid evening of fine company filled with affection and sisterhood amongst us, enhanced by the fine service and food at "The Cliff". Thank you, everyone for making this evening so wonderful and memorable.

I walked in at The Cliff for dinner and honestly, it is a Saturday reserved fully, I was just trying my luck to walk in however EMMA to her assurance got me a table, I do sincerely appreciate her! it was one of the best dining experiences I've ever had - not so much on the food, but because of Emma! In a world where good service is becoming rare, Emma delivered world-class hospitality. She didn't just serve food; she elevated the entire evening into a memorable experience. We left feeling truly cared for. If you're looking for a place where the service matches (or even exceeds) the quality of the food, come here and ask for Emma. She is the gold standard! Make her in charge and the cliff will blossom

The staff is really awesome. Top notch. Really outstanding. More than makes up for the subpar food. Maybe sometimes the real chef is not there and it happens to be on the days we visit? You realize if your dish has bacon ham etc you probably don't need to add salt right? The food is pretty bad. Always insanely salty. Sometimes inedibly so. It's the only place in the world where I actually ended up accepting the staff's kind offer to return the food. That bad. A pity. However, not to worry, the outstanding staff more than compensates the kitchen issues. Strongly recommended.

I’ve been to The Cliff a few times but this visit with my neighbour for her birthday treat. She is very close to me and someone who always brings me to nice Italian restaurants for my birthdays. This time, I wanted her to experience a place I truly enjoy so we went on a couple date together with our husbands. For a Sunday night close to 8pm, Sentosa was quiet. The Cliff wasn’t crowded but its sitted with many tables too. It’s a nice, relaxed atmosphere which I actually appreciated. I’m an Accor Platinum member and tend to dine within Accor properties because I value the environment and overall experience. We were initially planning to go elsewhere but I made a last minute change to The Cliff and I’m really glad I did. A special thank you to Emma who took my call. Despite the short notice and knowing that a whole cake usually requires advance preparation, she really made the effort to arrange one for us. That thoughtfulness meant a lot. The team on the ground was fantastic, warm, attentive and sincere, we as diners can feel the touch and thank you so much. The food was also very good, we had the lamb and beef steak, both well executed and enjoyable. For a restaurant in a 5 stars hotel, I find the pricing very reasonable comparable to many standalone Italian restaurants. Overall, it was a meaningful evening. good food, a comfortable setting and genuine service. Thank you Emma and team, you know who I am 😊 Next time, I will come earlier so we can enjoy the beautiful Sentosa view as well. I’ll definitely be back and next time with my boys, both big fans of Italian food:)

Celebrated our first year wedding anniversary at the Cliff, it was just the best experience ever :) Firstly Kudos to Rey for the top class service, going above and beyond to make this already special day even more unforgettable. Every touch of service and surprise was so appreciated The view was amazing, just to be amongst nature, watch the sea and the sunset set the ambience Most importantly the food was off the charts, from the freshest sourdough to perfectly done lamb and pasta to the yummiest broccolini we really enjoyed ourselves and will be back every year to celebrate our special day

I had pleasant hotel stay experience at Sofitel before therefore choose to patronise The Cliff for birthday lunch. But the dining experience was a disappointment. The food standard is comparable to any causal Italian dining you find in a mall. We ordered set lunch and maybe I get to eat lower standard Food? The mushroom soup was decent, just like a good Campbell soup. The pasta was a huge disappointment. I ordered linguine vongole, it’s a simple dish but it can taste so plain and bland. The beef bolognese is slightly more flavourful but I can taste that one of the penne pasta is not fully cooked. A huge disappointment for ocassion. Service was as expected from a hotel standard restaurant. Really being too complacent. Management team got to buck up, you are not doing your job well.

3rd time visiting The Cliff restaurant, tried the Vongole Linguine, Wagyu Costata and Carbonara Pizza. Food was good and the beef was very well seasoned and cooked, the crust combined with the fatty juicy meat was very delicious. Also had the tiramisu and lemon tart for dessert. We had an Accor membership so the total bill was half off, a great deal especially for the quality and ambience. Guna was very friendly and helpful with the menu as well. We took his recommendation for the Vongole and it was very nice. He was also attentive throughout service and ensured all our needs were met, making our dinner a very pleasant experience. Definitely one of my favorite restaurants :-)

Exceptional Service in a Relaxing Setting. We had a lovely, relaxing evening at The Cliff following a busy Christmas week. The highlight of our night was undoubtedly the service; Guna was exceptional and is a true asset to the hotel team. With regards to the food, the grilled octopus was a standout and the lamb was perfectly tender but could less spice. However, other dishes felt a bit unpolished. The arancini were inconsistent in size and shared the same base sauce as the octopus, which felt repetitive. While the cod was good, it wasn't particularly memorable. For dessert, the lemon tart was a bit of a letdown—I was expecting a classic torched meringue, but was told the curd itself was the "meringue." It was pleasant enough, though I would have preferred it without the milk foam. A great spot for the atmosphere and hospitality, though the food has room to reach that same elite level.
