I had my birthday dinner at Kwee Zeen, Sentosa, and it was truly a wonderful experience. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was lovely, and the entire evening felt very special. A special thank you to Ruby, who was exceptionally friendly, warm, and attentive throughout our visit. Her cheerful attitude and genuine hospitality made us feel welcomed and well taken care of. She went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable dining experience, and her excellent customer service definitely stood out. I would also like to compliment the part-time staff member wearing a white shirt. He was polite, professional, and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. His dedication and good service contributed greatly to the overall experience. Thank you to the whole team for making my birthday celebration so enjoyable and memorable. I will definitely be back again and highly recommend this place to others! 🎉✨🥂

Service is excellent but for a restaurant, food quality and taste needs to go hand-in-glove. Service can only go “that far”. Did a 2-nights staycay and dine at Kwee Zeen for breakfast. Breakfast selection was okay. But the standard and taste needs substantial improving. Examples: •Croissants were soft (no crisp at all ) •Cereals were soft (not crunchy like when they were first opened from the packet) •noodles were soggy. •nasi lemak selection only has rice and chilli (no other ingredients) •pancakes and waffles felt too plain. •porridge (at the outside) has crows 🐦⬛ visiting them very often. •coffee were capsule (like in your hotel room) •fruits were not entirely ripe (oranges were sour)

I recently dined at KweeZeen for breakfast and honestly, it was one of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had — not so much on the food, but because of our waiter, Peter! In a world where good service is becoming rare, Peter delivered world-class hospitality. He didn’t just serve food; he elevated the entire evening into a memorable experience. We left feeling truly cared for. If you’re looking for a place where the service matches (or even exceeds) the quality of the food, come here and ask for Peter. He is the gold standard!

Selection was not a lot however ample, interior is a little retro for my liking, Food was amazing, Chef Roy cooking is amazing! And he gives a big portion ! Make him head chef pls! Albert is the best! From the point he greeted us to the door till we paid! He was attentive to our table, and even help arrange, special arrangement for some of us that has a strict diet. Sofitel! Make his efforts known! Without him Kwee zeen would be a different experience! He made it all better. Make him the manager!

I recently dined at Sofitel Sentosa and had a truly wonderful experience from start to finish. The setting alone is worth mentioning — nestled in lush greenery with a peaceful resort atmosphere, it feels like a short escape from the city. The food was beautifully presented and thoughtfully prepared. Each dish was well-balanced in flavor, and you can really tell that quality ingredients were used. The seafood was especially fresh, and the desserts were elegant without being overly sweet. The menu offers a nice mix of Indian-inspired cuisine with subtle local influences, which made the experience both refined and interesting. Service was attentive and professional without being intrusive. The staff were warm, (Penny and Samuel) knowledgeable about the menu, and happy to provide recommendations. Small details — like prompt refilling of water and checking in at the right moments — made the experience feel polished and luxurious. While prices are on the higher side, the overall ambiance, food quality, and service justify it for a special occasion or a relaxing weekend treat. Overall, Sofitel Sentosa offers a sophisticated dining experience in a serene setting, perfect for celebrations or simply indulging in a memorable meal. I would gladly return.

We came here for the Festive Sunday brunch. The first thing I noticed is that there are flies in the dining area and around the food. Not something I'd expect from a restaurant that charges $108++ per pax. The oysters were ok. The salmon sashimi is not professionally cut. The lobsters were good. But the crab legs were rubbery, not fresh. The cheeses don't look fresh either. Some of the edges have discoloured. The Prata was stale, felt like was left there for very long. The multigrain bread was also dried up already. The main dishes were so so. Yam fritter (Wu Guo) is not as good as a dim sum place. Desserts were ok. The raspberry cake had a nice feuilletine base. The pecan tart was average not particularly tasty and the crust not buttery crunchy enough. The minced pie pastry was nice and flaky but the filling could have a stronger alcohol kick. The gelato flavours (all flavours, chocolate, strawberry and vanilla) were not intense enough. Generally, not quite worth the pricem the quality and ambience ought to be better.

We chose the a la carte menu for dinner instead of the buffet as we were still full from a late lunch. The food was average and did not stand out. Service at the al fresco area was hard to come by, as staff appeared fully occupied with the indoor buffet crowd. To make matters worse, we were only informed at payment that it was a blackout day and the 30% stay-in guest discount did not apply. This was disappointing, especially since nearby establishments did not impose similar blackout restrictions.

Conducted my wedding here! Since a year and a half ago, I decided to take the chance and come here for their buffets. As my husband and I love feasting at hotel buffets, we were looking for a venue for my wedding and I fell in love with their cooked food! One and a half years later, and every once in a while between that, I came back to try their food and I must say, their chef did a really great job! Their cooked food section is by far one of the best if not the best I've tasted especially at hotel buffets. It's been consistently good and while it's not at the Singapore main island, I would urge people to come into Sentosa to give their cooked food a go! The service staff have also been very attentive and always looked out for us! They take note to rememeber you and what you need! Special shout out to Praba, Albert, Farah, and Peter! Thank you for looking after us for our wedding at Kwee Zeen and making it a very memorable evening for us and our guests!
