Got recommended to try this by 2 separate friends who doesn't know each other, hence I decided it was worth a trip down on a weekend. I reached the shop slightly after 3pm, but there were still a few customers. I went with a large portion of the dry mee pok ($9.50), which came with at least one of each of their ingredients. The noodles were well seasoned with lard, and the fried pork lard was very crispy. I also really enjoyed the texture of the fishballs, which was way better than the factory made ones. The fish dumplings were also good, and I don't think you can get quality like this elsewhere. The meatball was really big but the taste was alright. The fish roll was also decent. I ended up buying some uncooked fishball, fish dumpling and fish roll to eat at home. Definitely worth a trip down to try the food here.

Noodles texture is springy n palatable. Only the dumpling can be too salty. Difficult to find parking. Atmosphere is clean but not air-conditioned esp with sin hot weather, it can be uncomfortable

Ordered the $7.50 dry kway teow mee, my favourite The portion is so so good with the extra YTF liao. But i guess this portion is better for weekend brunch though. The shop is very near to my place. But if you are driving then parking can be challenging. Can park opposite where the stadium is or squeeze in a tight carpark behind the shop house.

Nice mee pok but fishball is too hard and bland soup, no lettuce or spring onions.

I hope the owner reads this, as I would strongly suggest providing staff with training on empathy and customer service. I dined in today at around 1pm and also purchased 10 fishballs and 10 fish dumplings for takeaway. I paid in full at the cashier. The lady managing the cashier (wearing a white T-shirt) suddenly asked me, “Are you pregnant?” I was taken aback and told her that I was not pregnant and asked why she would ask such a question. Her comment was hurtful. I have a normal body mass index and there was no reason for such a personal question. She then said something along the lines of “Oh because you bought fishballs,” which I found confusing and inappropriate — buying fishballs is hardly something exclusive to pregnant women. She also continued looking at my stomach while explaining herself. There was no service recovery. Although she attempted to apologise, it did not feel sincere, and she did not seem to understand why the remark was hurtful. Staff should be mindful that questions like this can be very sensitive. Some customers may have experienced miscarriages. Some may not be pregnant but are still recovering postpartum. Some may have medical conditions that cause them to ‘look overweight’. A little empathy and awareness would go a long way in making customers feel respected.

Noodles were great and springy! Fishball were huge but unfortunately firm and tasteless. The fish dumplings were very nice. Portion is big and very value for money. Eat finish feel very Song but the Ke(y)e of the dish which are the fishballs unfortunately fell flat. Do get the medium size to try all the ingredients. The provided soup is a nice bonus. Soup was nice and salty, same can't be said about the fishballs unfortunately.

Noodles are normal but the ingredients are exceptional. The fish balls, wan ton and meat chunks were huge and hand made so you're assured of good quality stuff. The soup is weak though, it's empty and devoid of any ingredients, not even a sprinkling of spring onions.
