Visited on 9th May 2026 arnd 3pm The rudest and most unfriendly staff ever. - Firstly had to call her out cus she sat all the way in hiding behind a wall. Asked her whether we could use our dining app credits politely but she gave us a bitter face and waved us to the left side without a hello/hi reciprocated. - Proceeds to roll her eyes when we ask her whether the special flavours required topping up since they were categorised separately from the other flavours. Is that not a fair question to ask? And even so what is wrong with asking questions if its our first time ordering? - When my partner thought the staff was calling out to us for our order, she turned towards the shop and walked one step closer but quickly turned back around when she realised it wasnt for us. I watched the staff roll her eyes and judge my partner for thinking that the order was ours. I dont know what we did to make her so pissed off at her but my partner was nothing but smiles to her when interacting with her, only to be met with this conniving judgemental and frankly, unprofessional attitude. - of course when it was finally our order, she just dumped our order on the table and retreated back to her cave (using her phone behind the yellow wall in the middle) First and last time coming here haha wth is this service

Closed during supposed opening hours but not indicated online

This shop at YIH is closed half the time!! Even when it's supposed to be open.... Food is pretty good but it is literally always closed. PS: this review was around 6 months ago and they have addressed the always closed issue ! Nowadays it’s open pretty regularly and the food is good as always .

their smallest size ($2.90) wasnt avail thru the kiosk so i had to get their next smallest size ($4). other than that the fries were pretty good. i like the creamy truffle and the sour cream and onion flavours

Store is always closed during supposed opening hours, more often closed than not, food also takes very long to prepare, staff can be quite rude at times

Fries are decently good but its always closed bro...please do something about it
