Mr Coconut

Waiting time is long even though only 1 person in front of me. Not sure are they manpower down ? Waited almost 10min. The queue not moving at all. I’m in queue number 19 still showing number 17 … Waited 15 for my drink. The person in front of me just only ordered 2 drinks. And mine 2 drinks. So disappointed with the service here man… always have to wait so long !

Very expensive. Poor quality. I chose coconut water with flesh. I expected fresh young coconut but the flesh is thick and hard. Tasteless. Lots of ice. Cost me $5 40 Service is however good and pleasant

I ordered no ice (paid extra for that) and my drink still had ice.

It was delicious, and the staff were very friendly. I'll definitely come back next time.

I ordered two drinks one for myself and one for my husband. After waiting for 10 minutes, I saw my order number appeared on the digital screen. But nobody called the number. It was not until I approached the counter and asked the staff, they told me one of my drinks was not available to make. In this case, I think it is reasonable to ask for a voucher or discount for my next purchase. However I got nothing except for a refund form (yes, not a direct refund but a refund form). I think for a popular store like Mr. Coconut a costumer’s time and feeling should be respected. In this case, if a drink is not available I should be notified right after my purchase. I used to love this brand, but it really hurts my feelings today. I may still get drinks from Mr. Coconut but definitely not the store in Clementi Mall.

Order with meat but no meat give.

The waiting time is long. Waited for more than 20 mins for a drink. Taking their own sweet time. Drink was ready but don’t want to serve or call the number.

I tried Uji Matcha Coconut Milk, and I don't know why, even though I like both ingredients, the combination felt rather ordinary.
