Pause and Enjoy Da Nang- 포즈 앤 엔조이

We made a wrong turn to our restaurant of choice and ended up at Pause and Enjoy Danang. No regrets. We were warmly welcomed by a friendly server, Thor. Her recommendation took into account that we were seniors with small appetites. The fried fish and pho we had were delicious. Thor's smiley disposition was top notch. Thank you, Thor for ensuring that we paused and enjoyed. Superb service. And the complimentary plate of fruits was greatly appreciated.

I found this by randomly stumbling by after I shopped till I dropped at Han Market. I got the stir fry beef noodles and they were great. Food came out quick. There is AC inside too, which I definitely needed after the market. I had 2 pineapple passion fruit drinks because they were so good and fresh. They also gave me a plate of fruit after I finished my meal. Everything was great and fresh and Thuy was my server. She was so kind and great service.

I went with my husband. I tried their veg spring rolls since i am a vegetarian and he tried chicken fried rice..Loved the food… it was really fulfilling for him and when the waitress saw that it was not fulfilling enough for me.. she offered me fresh fruits… really thoughtful…! Also my husband said that it was one of the best chicken rice he has ever had… so we left the place happy and satiated ☺️ Totally recommended!

This was my third visit to Pause & Enjoy, and at this point, it’s official — this place is consistently excellent. Today I was served by Thuy, and the customer service was just as warm, attentive, and polished as my previous visits. What truly impresses me is the consistency. Not just once. Not just twice. Every single time. The food? Fresh. Beautifully presented. Thoughtfully prepared. You can tell they don’t rush anything. The flavors are balanced, the plates are visually stunning, and everything feels intentional. The atmosphere is always clean, calm, and inviting. It’s one of those spaces where you can actually relax and enjoy your meal without distraction. The kind of place you keep coming back to because you know exactly what you’re going to get — quality. That’s rare. I’ll be visiting the Hoi An location next week, and if it delivers the same experience, Pause & Enjoy will officially be one of my favorite spots in Vietnam. Highly recommended.

I spotted this charming place while walking home from the market and was drawn in by the atmosphere and promise of slowing down and enjoying. I am so delighted by everything about this place, the food is OUTSTANDING! Surprised by a little follower of Passion Fruit and a few others. Mango smoothie was perfect. Prices are on point. And the staff are SO KIND and define hospitality. MAKE SURE YOU GO HERE! I'll be returning for sure!

This restaurant was very clean, warm and welcoming.  The menu is fantastic with all kinds of authentic Vietnamese dishes. If you are gluten sensitive, you are in luck!  There are LOTS of gluten-free options here. Our waitress, Thor, was very friendly and attentive and spoke English!  Even as as the restaurant was literally filling every table, she maintained a friendly and attentive demeanor. (Thank you, Thor!) We had the beef pho and it was very good. Excellent flavor. They would not allow us to purchase extra meat, however.  They said we would have to buy a whole soup if we wanted extra beef.  I would suggest to the owner that they have an option for guests to order extra meat without needing to purchase a whole soup.  The soups are huge. We just wanted a little more protein for our soup. If you like coconut coffee, this is THE BEST coconut coffee I have had in all of DaNang! It is worth going here just for the coconut coffee alone! At the conclusion of our meal, we were treated to a complimentary fresh fruit dish of passion fruit, oranges, and watermelon.  I especially appreciated the artistry expressed in the cutting of the oranges and passion fruit. The prices of everything were very fair. We will definitely go back!

PHENOMENONAL service from Thor! She was so kind and attentive throughout with such a happy energy that just makes you want to smile. I felt very comfortable and cared for by her and really appreciate her impressive service and attention to detail. She handled my allergies so well, and was so happy to make adjustments to suit me. The food was INCREDIBLE!! Best vietnamese pancake I've had! I'm sad I'm leaving tomorrow, otherwise I would have been back everyday! What a great energy. Really love the setting and atmosphere too. Very romantic and soft lighting. Perfect for solo and couples!

Absolutely wonderful experience. I was served by Ba and she was incredibly kind and warm throughout. The restaurant itself feels so inviting and comforting, the kind of place where you instantly feel at ease. I went on a rainy day and it was still easy to get to, and it honestly felt like the perfect cozy spot to enjoy a good meal. The food arrived hot, the portions were generous, and everything tasted delicious. It really felt like great value for money because the service, food, and ambience all came together beautifully. I also did not have to wait for a table, which was a lovely bonus. And the sweetest touch was the complimentary fruit platter at the end. That small gesture truly made my day. If you are looking for a warm, comforting place to enjoy a meal, especially on a cool or rainy day, I would highly recommend visiting. 10/10 and I would happily return.
